Great proxy, simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
HAProxy is a very simple to configure proxy that can be used to create high availability services while having all the configuration options that any load balancer would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's an excellent proxy and I use it everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Praying between AWS and datacenters flr our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage, configure and understand, how it works. Very fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well suitable for midsize companies and workloads. Enforce enterprise level usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set HA proxy as a bypass between on-prem systems (no outbound internet traffic) and public cloud endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using HAProxy in prod for serving millions of requests monthly and i love the product. The ease of configurability and scalability and how lightweight HAProxy is is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be improved is maybe offer more storage backends or a native IP failover solution so we wont have to use ezternal software anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Load balancing production workloads, managing and ACLing api access, and integrating ACLs for traffic limiting is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me deploy highly-available apps on Kubernetes clusters

Some features of the official HAProxy-Ingress-controller are still missing and available on community provided alternatives

Making apps on Kubernetes clusters exposed outside of the cluster.

Has been used as my default load balancer for a number of years without any issues.

Practically nothing. The co figuration syntax if I was forced to pick something.

Provides load balancing for Kuberneyes control planes in scenarios where hardware and hypervisor native solutions are unavailable.

It was incredibly easy to setup and generate a config using terraform to generate the IP addresses and fill it into a config template.

I don't have any complaints at the moment it works well

I was having an issue where a very large number of logs were being generated by the lid balancer provided by open stack, HAProxy solved that problem for me and allowed me reduce errors and log storage usage whilst maintaining good performance
