What do you like best about the product?
Vertex O Series is a robust product with flexible/custom functionality. Easy to use and their tax matrix with tax rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertex Q is very manual and no tax matrix. Need to research all the laws before setting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving over accruals and more accurate tax calculation.

Vertex has many tools to help taxpayers using SAP spend less time on compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, support tickets can take longer than expected to be resolved when they need to be escalated to different teams. But overall, support is great.

SAP tax reporting is enhanced by Accelerator tools.

The Vertex application is versitle and constinently evolving for the medical device field.

The scrolling on the updated screen view is not appealing.
