The best thing about this software is that we can access different applications at a single place.

The only aspect I don't like is that the interface appears outdated. It could really use an update.

The best thing I liked about this software is that I can access all my applications at a single place.

There's nothing much to dislike apart from interface. It need to be updated.

The best thing is that it allows me to access all my applications in a single place.

The only thing that I dislike is its interface which needs to be updated now.

Felt More Secure Than Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the login process with Okta. It allows me to use my laptop's fingerprint as the first authentication step, followed by my YubiKey for the second step. Without completing both of these steps, I am unable to access my company laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
On mobile devices, Okta does not support fingerprint authentication, which means I always have to enter my password and then use my Yubikey. If Okta enabled fingerprint authentication, it would save time and make the process more convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps keep my company data secure, which is essential in today's digital age where data theft is so common. Thanks to Okta, I don't have to worry about someone accessing my laptop and my data while I'm away on holiday.

Why OKTA?
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to log in in multiple application using a single set of credential with an extra layer of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Okta gives additional security, it is very hard setting up a password and it is taking so long if ever there is a system issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta products, such as Single Sign-On (SSO) which is very helpful for me as a customer service representative since we are using a lot of tools. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Lifecycle Management (Provisioning).

The pricing can seem high for smaller organisations, and some of the advanced features require additional setup and learning time. The initial implementation can be complex without proper guidance.

Okta solves the complex challenge of managing secure access to multiple applications and systems across our organisation. By providing a centralised identity management platform with SSO & MFA, it reduces the risk of unauthorised access and simplifies the user login experience.

This tool makes accessing all my apps much easier and significantly faster. Logging in to the various apps we use feels very secure, and we rely on it across all our computers and applications.
