True iPaas - easy to transition from on-premise to cloud or vice-versa with literally click of a few buttons
Love the focus on Application Integration Dev and diminishing foot print on Infra

Regression-Test-Deployment Life Cycle needs more work
Lacking maturity in support system - not all support engineers are adept
Stability after Quarterly Deployment Windows is not consistent
Need the true 24*7*365 availability of platform including Release Windows

Watch out if you have a number of legacy systems which have non-conventional methods of integration. they can prove to be a pain to blend with SnapLogic as this platform is very REST/Streaming oriented. Be sure to evaluate your current business needs in terms of availability requirements with what the platform offers.
