Easy implementation, great product , low code is great

The certification is time consuming. All good other than that

Powerful, evolving rapidly but still has teething problems
What do you like best about the product?
Can be used as a powerful and versatile platform for fast development. Can be used to build deep and complex digital end to end processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not really "low code" if you are planning to incorporate complex or externally dependant processes. Especially if you need plug-ins or have non non rest native interfaces.
Hatd to integrate into CI/CD.
Can absolutely not use keyboard shortcuts or even the "enter" key for input or actions on the UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop capabilities are easy to use. Process mining ability is a great addition
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I don't like. The academy is also a great addition and the course are very easy to follow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian has helped solve a problem for an insurance company whereby there was a process with many handovers and contributors. Appian was used as a process orchestration tool

It's very easy to learn and quick to implement. Fast delivery of automated business processes along with robust security makes it very powerful tool

I think it should work more on enhancing the integration capabilities of the product as whole

It offers a complete solution from database to deployment and its easy to use. Offers great documentation and certifications which prove that you are who you claim.

Some of the functionalities are limited and when the customer requires it we always reject them..
