What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic provides visibility into our application and server, which helps to detect performance issues or bottlenecks and respond to incidents quicker. New relic's ability to co-relate application errors with server or database spikes or slowdowns helps to identify and mitigate the issues faster, thus significantly improving our downtimes and optimizations. The proactive alerting also helps to optimize performance before the users can notice an impact, therefore making it a critical tool in our fine tuning and reliability monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Monitor the entire application stack, including front-end (browser and mobile), back-end, and infrastructure. Eg: Monitoring a real-time e-commerce PHP platform's response times during a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use NewRelic on my Magento application. Magento relies heavily on cron jobs for indexing, cache refresh, and order processing. New Relic may interfere with these, sometimes causing unexpected slowdowns or failures in background tasks.

Helps optimize MySQL performance( slow queries) , Alerts on issues—notifies me before a crash or slowdowns affect customers

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about New Relic is the level of clarity it provides through real-time insights. The improved dashboards and trace views make it much easier to pinpoint performance bottlenecks across applications, servers, and network layers. The enhanced log monitoring and integrated alerts also help in quickly identifying issues before they impact users. Overall, the recent updates make New Relic an even more powerful tool for monitoring, debugging, and maintaining high-performance systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Relic is already a strong and feature-rich platform, but one area that could improve is simplifying some of the advanced dashboards and settings for new users. A more beginner-friendly onboarding experience and clearer guidance for complex configurations would make the tool even better. Apart from that, most features are genuinely useful and work very effectively

I make sure problems are caught early, so they don’t affect users. I work on optimizing apps and infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly. It’s often difficult to monitor the health and performance of applications in real time, especially as systems become more complex with microservices, APIs, and distributed architectures.
Fantastic tool to monitor the server and helpful for the Devops engineers
What do you like best about the product?
1. Strong integrations with multiple types of servers and programming languages. As an e-commerce developer, I used to integrate with my Magento websites and AWS server. Whenever the CPU utilization reaches its threshold limit, it will notify us, and I can monitor the system and ensure there is no downtime for the website.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing - For the base level it will cover with free tier, but the free tier has limitations, if we go with pricing models, then Relic offers pay-per-usage, Sometimes the amount will be too high for a high-traffic application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is giving alerts based on the CPU usage, this will help me to check the server and making my customer websites ON all time, In ecom industry the Zero downtime has significant importance. Also it will help me to understand the programs/modules that using high CPU and troubleshoot on the specific point.
