What do you like best about the product?
Gives amazing detail as to the events and usage and errors on a php server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive. We're still just using the free trial... I think it'll be a while before we'd pay for the full version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches php errors that our normal logging doesn't, including performance problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, it's great, give it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
New relic APM provides our organization with great visibility and helps us in developing our services quickly and improving quality
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little visibility on issues outside applications (memory usage, cpu, etc)

Lowering our error rates and providing better reliability to our clients

What do you like best about the product?
New relic gives great overview on the application performance as well as good drill down to the details on the possible performance bottlenecks
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is a bit on the more expensive side and the pricing isn't that clear either

New Relic is the best for startups

What do you like best about the product?
It made my life easier as startup i have to do lot of things without being so especiallized in devops,
to understand the system behavior in rush hours and find bottle nicks in performance issues ( controllers urls ), its like magic just put is on one server AMI and it will detect all EC2 on amazon to watch all of them.
it will show you frustrated users and where the time was spent most to tune.

and it is cloud based and easy to setup
What do you dislike about the product?
the free version is quite impressive , but even when i tried the paid with full features , it was less than i expected so i re treated to the free one, the thing is for example database queries that is slow and need indexing dose not show the where statment values tokens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fix bottle nicks and understad user frustration when they have slow internet while me at work have super internet.

Another main problem it will send email when my EC2 become un healthy and my live domain url is un reachable. it happens when out of memory or very heavy operation locks cpu. or disk space is full
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a must for every startup cool free (with qota) easy to use , keeps you not stay at night watch cloud watch and try understand what users are doing!

Great APM With Plenty of Features

What do you like best about the product?
We are migrating to new relic from datadog. The cost savings was amazing. Bill dropped from 400k to less than 100k
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little clunky. It’s not too bad but could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose it mostly because of costs, but the support has been amazing. They’ve adapted their platforms for our needs. Great for production insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The product provides a lot of data on site performance and APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management and success team is apathetic to the needs of their clients. The sales team is aggressive in terms of signing contracts but there is no onboarding, follow up, no training and no success management of small to mid size clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were with Pingdom and moved to

Mobile Application Management, It gathers, stores and analyze data and turn them into insights that helps developers and QAs and also more useful for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool that will resolve the Mobile and web application related problems. Expecting easy way to identify the quantifiable measures of success for cloud adoption.

Easy to triage the issues and crashes happened in the mobile application on both iOS and Android platforms. It provides extensive trace details of application

What do you like best about the product?
New Relic Mobile excels when it comes to the integration of the different tools it provides as well as implementing its architecture extremely well. It helps connect our team data seamlessly and I’ve had few long standing issues as a user
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, this interface can be rather hard to adapt to at first, given the fact that the tool might be slowed down by usage across its platform. These usually don’t last very long but do occur every so often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With New Relic, collecting data for events and transactions happens seamlessly and is easily viewable on our side. This helps with reconciliation across our organization and especially with audit purposes.
