What do you like best about the product?
New Relic is a web-based software used for full-stack monitoring. It allows you to monitor applications, infrastructure, web browsers, and other components on a single platform.
new relic is best observability platform. we can monitor data of the Apm, Browser, and Infrastructure. we can also set alert base on condition, with the help of that we can easily find if there is any problem in our website so that we can fix it ASAP before it affects to user experience.

sometimes occurs glitches in Alert&AI (incident management).

MTTR (mean time to resolve) ,MTTD (mean time to detect)

What do you like best about the product?
Best APM in the market . I have been using APM from past 7 years . From its initial days totill date. It has upgraded all its features.
The best thing which I like about it is.
1 We can track our customers (for making business decission this will help us a lot, for making any kind of decision this is gold medium to opt for)
2 For any technicial persons like tester or developer. We can take out logs , crash logs , stack traces using New relic APM . Which helps in solving the problem in the shortes time possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web vcersion of New relic has many filters or options top choose from. But for a new user , we must have a demo or splash or short video of the options New relic has to offer us. That will help usd inn understaing any new user better.

The problem which New relic is solving for us is interms of tracking our customers . We got great insights of the traffic/users/customers who is looking into our web and mobile applications . We are now able to concentrate on parts of application which is being widely looked at it first

APM , Custom visualisation ,Availability and error monitoring,Alerts and notifications ,Synthetic monitoring , end to end user monitoring . The best thing it provide full stack observability.

Its solving the problem of the observability as teams are unable to reach out to the issues in the application if new relic is not there and have to go through many tools!
