Featureful, powerful, intuitive software monitoring provided by a focused company with great support
What do you like best about the product?
New Relic provides a one-stop-shop for all the systems monitoring, log ingest, search, uptime alerts, and much more. It's priced in an easy-to-understand manner with fantastic ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity of features and how those have been acquired over the years has in the past created a disjointed UI experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to monitor system memory & CPU usage coupled with insights directly into our applications running on our JVMs has proven itself repeatedly. This in conjunction with log ingest & monitoring, site uptime and automatic anomaly alerts has been very useful.

In my opinion alert can be more better like grafana ecosystem but overall a newrelic is good product

What do you like best about the product?
Trends, real-time graphs, easy code configuration, and most importantly user friendly.Not much technical knowledge required to understand the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to mobile apps of new relic, wif we have one app to check all required information and graphs instead of multiple apps of the same tool, personalization can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring to our clients, thruput and response time-based query fixes, and help our clients to get the real-time response times.

It is a platform that provides visibility in technical and business aspects. Allow to reduce the time to detect and fix problems with the environment used

Sometimes the NR1 support team take a lot of time to resolve bugs reported

New Relic One has helped us evaluate application performance and monitor the traffic coming into them. We had several benefits both in the experience of our tool and also in saving on IT infrastructure

What do you like best about the product?
I met New Relic with our client that it's consolidating and migrating from multiple systems to New Relic. New Relic integrates multiple parameters, rules, conditions that allow an efficient monitoring way according to the business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I did a migration to NR Synthetics, I didn't find much information about some parameters to consider (notification channels limitations, policies, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring for thousands of customers to keep their availability. Our previous monitoring tool did not allow us to customize probe locations, have multiple scripted monitors, interact with the RestAPI as NR does, customize many other factors, explore other system alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using new relic for more than 5 year as of now, We are using for its APM & logging for node js application deployed on AWS ec2. We have found very useful traces of the API when we get any error in our app. We see the exact flow of the API how the request flows between app server , databases , redis etc. I would highly recommend new relic for anyone expecting for APM & logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature wise i feel its an awesome tool , but yeah if possible then can reconsider the pricing so even bootstrap startups can afford it.

The way that organizes and the new dashboards this allows a lot of flexibility for support people

Is very strange to change from old panel to new it cost some work to understand this change

E are giving visibility to people that can't see the infrastructure directly but needs to resolve or take a first lo to the reported problems

Errors, slow-performing areas. Live traffic usage and issues over time, load behavior when crawled, and scaling issues.
New Relic has been a very useful tool for monitoring services health and has really nice views.

I like the integrations aspect and I also loved the user-friendly UI.

I think there is scope for advanced analytics drill down on health and monitoring dashboards
