I used ubuntu more than 4 years and its best source for works instead of windows.
it is more secure compare to windows, updates are properly come and its smooth.
there are multiple software we can use same as windowns like libre office same as our word, excel, etc.

we can connect the server from the local terminal.
we can use copy move commands.

The best/simplest/powerful OS I have ever come across
What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu is my most used OS all for my Server Purposes. All of my apps/software is being deployed to multiple ubuntu bare machine. The lightweight-ness and compatibility of the OS is what I love the most. Compared to heavy OS'es like Windows, Windows Server - Ubuntu gives me an awesome experience in terms of development, management and deployment. If you know a bit of CLI and how machine and OS's works - Ubuntu can give you the most
Debian/Ubuntu's GUI version is also equally worthy. As someone who explores different OS's for different purposes - so far nothing made me switch from ubuntu to other distro's. Stability is another thing, over my carrier - I am not seeing almost zero - zero instance of converting my server's or dual boot's from ubuntu to some other distro's.
Simplicity and availability of lot of tools/software's are an added advantage.
If your are needs are not specific like cyber-security or some niche domain, Ubuntu will be so far the simplest while the most stable and powerful OS one can use
I will also appreciate ubuntu being fully Open Source - That gives me a sense of security that what I am running to protect my professional and private data is not actually a spy software

What do you dislike about the product?
Gaming support is not a strong point for Ubuntu.
Also there are incompatibility with GPU providers such as Nvidia and some cases related to Machine Learning etc.
Driver availability - although personally is fine for me, but is also a point to note. Certain hardware drivers won't be readily available with Ubuntu

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An open source, trustable, light weight operating system is what Ubuntu solves.
For me the above three itself solves the major things.
- Open Source - Its transparent enough to know what is done and how, not just by me, but by anyone around the world
- Lightweight and trustable - Want to deploy it in a light weight server - Ubuntu can do it, Want to deploy it in a compact hardware - Ubuntu can do it, Want to deploy it to maintain a large system - Ubuntu can do it -- The key answer I would like to highlight here is, what ever the job is, Ubuntu can handle it with its compact size and powerful features
