You might need to be tech-savvy to enjoy the OS fully. It doesn't support all the software and especially the Media related softwares. Not good for gaming, too.

The best Linux OS distro out there for beginners and seasoned users
What do you like best about the product?
Since Linux is thought to be a difficult OS by many, the best thing I think about Ubuntu is that it has a very nice and customizable GUI that can be easily used by beginners and pros too. Ubuntu is the best Linux open-source OS out there available for everyone. I mean when do you see an OS that is so much supported and liked and used is free. If you are ever stuck on anything in this OS you can do a single Google search and most probably you will find a solution in the top 3 results :). It is a heavily customizable OS. Its terminal is also easy to use. Used in cloud and server deployment. People generally run ubuntu in their OracleBox Hypervisors. Basically, Ubuntu Linux is everywhere. You can play games on Ubuntu too. It has Steam on its software store. Ubuntu also has periodic major and minor updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Ubuntu is that its terminal can be very overwhelming and difficult to work with as you need a lot of learning to even start using it. The terminal is a very old-styled prompt any much help to the user. The user itself has to learn all the commands and do trial and error on the terminal to get used to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ubuntu Linux as an OS to run my projects on because generally, Linux is the OS you will most probably find on server computers. I use Ubuntu to do project development as it supports most of the major IDEs. Ubuntu is also easier to install, so you don't have to think twice if you want a Linux OS installed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To use Ubuntu as a GUI OS you can directly go ahead and use it, but to use its terminal you need to have quite a bit of knowledge of Linux commands. There are many YouTube tutorials on Linux and its basics using Ubuntu as an OS.
