Great alternative to Windows, with some learning curves
What do you like best about the product?
It is a free and open-source operating system that is stable and works on many different architectures. It has free versions of different applications, such as LibreOffice and many other common programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some adjustment and learning to use the terminal for many things. Installing programs and updates generally are all done through the terminal, so it will be a different experience compared to other operating systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fantastic to have a free operating system that does not have issues if the day-to-day tasks are browsing the internet and creating documents. As long as you can adjust and convert file types to the ones most commonly used, there will be no problems using Ubuntu for work.
Very friendly and Intuitive OS

Ubuntu is my goto operating system. At the same time, developing and deploying applications over VM machines or containers. I prefer to use Ubuntu. It provides excellent usability and helps me resolve my issues.

Ubuntu is not officially supported by some software vendors or hardware manufacturers, making it difficult for users to use specific applications or devices. There may be compatibility issues with certain hardware or software due to the open-source nature of Ubuntu and its lack of proprietary drivers.

I mostly use ubuntu for application deployment and real-time debugging. It provides great CLI and SSH support to access the server without much back and forth. Most important it is an easy to install OS.
Best open source Operating System
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Ubuntu is that it is Open Source and one of the most secured Operating Systems available compared to other. Customization can be quickly done on Ubuntu, unlike other very restricted operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most significant downsides of using Ubuntu is that you cannot play the most popular games in the market. Ubuntu is for those who have some technical knowledge and know how to make the most out of it. Developers majorly use it.

VERY NICE OS
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent GUI, hosts of features and libraries, a bunch of options to customize the OS, great support and compatibility with a lot of software. It can be used by a general user, an advanced user and even a software developer
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavyweight OS needs a lot of customization to deploy it to the embedded system or OS-based devices. Other lightweight OS with light and custom kernels are better to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping in doing seamless software development and even used for general office work, including creating documentation and entertainment. It's helping me as an alternate to other OS which are not secured enough.

To be very honest, there is nothing to dislike about Ubuntu. There is room for improvement like guesture enablement and pen / touch support can be added which might be amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, Ubuntu solves mostly all the issues I have while using any of its competitors' OS in the market. Firstly, it doesn't compromise security. There is no tension of virus.
