Freshdesk needs a Fresh Look
What do you like best about the product?
The search bar does a good job of finding key words and locating information

If you don't have the correct keywords to use, the search bar doesn't do any good. This can make it

If I am unsure of a solution to a policy problem, I can turn here to find out. It is the housing for tickets that require assistance through the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great place to house documents and information for a smaller business. Once a business gets too large, it seems difficult to navigate.

It does the job
What do you like best about the product?
This is am effective tool to manage support tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not store or keep a record (that I know of) of tickets that have been solved or closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is using it as a communication tool, which is strange.

I like that I can easily submit tickets.

I do not like the forums have moved to Hutong sign.

I'm able to fix salary problems and track my referrals. It's a convenient way to communicate with VIPKID.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, as a VIPKID teacher, Fresh Desk hasn't been too difficult to figure out. However, there isn't always a good way to find the information that you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the menu options. Sometimes there needs to be another option or other. The company has decided to move the forum and discussions to a different website. I am unsure of whether that is to better see what the teachers are discussing or if it meets the needs better of a social community and is reducing the number of support tickets sent in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshdesk is a place for the teachers to get problems solved. It is helpful in that not every questions requires the teachers to contact the company directly. It allows VIPKID time to help with the tickets submitted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would just suggest that you train your employees and customers on how to navigate Freshdesk. Videos are your best friend.

That I have options for what my topic and emails and issues. That we can create personal signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to wait for a response, and the responses are from random staff. I would like to be able to specify a staff member I have worked with before.

I am able to communicate with my business even though they are across the world. I have made personal connections with several staff members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like this system! I'd like to be able to choose who you contact and maybe a live chat feature would be cool!
Good experience with freshdesk
What do you like best about the product?
Using freshdesk for support is easy and user friendly. It offers multiple ways to narrow down a topic to suit your specific question or concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be preferrable if freshdesk offered a chat feature. There can be a 24 hour wait time for response and that doesn’t lend itself to questions that need more immediate answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with VIPKid and use freshdesk for any issues that arise in the classroom.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication through freshdesk is easy. I like how my conversation is linked through my email. All my conversations with my employer are saved through freshdesk, and I can access these files whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be easier to access from an app form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have b etter communication using freshdesk.

I like the simple layout and ease of Freshdesk. It is not difficult to use, and it is clear how to navigate the system.

With larger companies using Freshdesk as their technical issue communication, it can be easy for the support team to lose tickets, or have too many of them.

We are generally able to have a clear and concise method of getting information and support we need.

It is easy to use. As long as the system doesn't crash from the amount of traffic on it at one time, it is useful and quick.
