The way Qlik works with data - the associative experience - is unique and exposes many opportunities with data

Qlik helps us run our entire business. We have apps that cover most of our business systems and processes. We have discovered broken processes and data quality issues with it, helping us to correct course quickly and with precision. We use Qlik to share insights across our company from executives, to developers, to HR, to marketing. All roles use the dashboards and apps we create.

If you're exploring Analytics tools, bring a real life use case with complex data and multiple sources. You'll quickly find where other products need a lot more work on the data prep side before analysis. Qlik just takes your data and you can start exploring the relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
The augmented intelligence capabilities that have been integrated into the cognitive engine make the user experience very intuitive and easy to use. In the latest updates, they have integrated very useful capabilities to intelligent visualizations as well as advanced analytics capabilities, which allows users to understand and represent information in an intelligent and easy way. Without a doubt, Qlik Sense is a next-generation BI platform that helps organizations in data literacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not find any disadvantage when integrating Qlik Sense in organizations, on the contrary I think that with Qlik Sense they can obtain great benefits to obtain competitive advantages against their main competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qlik Sense has allowed us to integrate information from various data sources such as netsuit, access, and flat files to develop a single data model that feeds different financial dashboards that allows the CFO and CEO to understand the data in a simple way as well as the availability of consulting them from any mobile device. With the integration of Qlik Sense, it is now faster to identify accounts receivable and obtain a return on investment in a shorter time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend organizations to implement the Qlik Sense platform as they will be able to develop projects with short implementation times and offer users information with data generated in dashboards with dynamic and interactive visualizations that allow them to discover what is happening with their information. In addition to having all the augmented analytical capabilities that the generation of knowledge through natural language offers to business users, which facilitates the creation of content and the understanding of data in an agile way.

What do you like best about the product?
Qlik Sense is not only a BI software, it's a platform that enables your business. I love the flexibility Qlik Sense brings to the table, you can make beautiful dashboards and engaging KPI's but also you can go beyond the software, embedding charts and objects almost anywhere you need to. It's easy to use and it's constantly updating with new and better capabilities, as a developer I particulary love that you don't need a third party software to manage the data, it comes with it's own ETL so you can work the entire process in a single software! Managing QMC is also easy and complex at the same time. So for me as a developer it's the right balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been working with Qlik for a long time now, so coming from Qlikview I sometimes find myself wanting to do things Qlik Sense can't do naturally, you will need third party extensions to achieve requeriments that Qlikview could do with ease. This is becoming less of a problem with every new version of Qlik Sense though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been solving all sorts of problems, right now I've been building financial dashboards from a Sugar Company in Mexico, the way Qlik Sense can manage and show their data it's not only beatiful and fast, but also practical when it comes to make decisions. Using KPIs to know how products are doing in the market, clearly noticing how the actual pandemic is affecting their buisiness, wich i realized has become a crucial analysis for Companies around the globe. Socially, Qlik Sense could help buisneses make adjustments in their proceses so there is no consecuenses for workers and the general economy of a city and even that of a country.

QVDs and SQL language, above all the associative engine, it is very useful

Complex when you want to do different things and some opcions aren't very intuitive

Dashboards with a lot of origins and poor data. Qliksense gave me a very interesting view of this. I could realise soon about this situation.

Qlik Sense is one of the leading Self Service Analytics tools in the market currently. I have been an avid user for the last 4 years and find it superior to many of its competitors. Our users love to built and easily deploy Applications on Qlik Sense. I would definitely recommend the Qlik Sense Platform to any organization that would want to up their analytics game.

Qlik Sense is useful to analyze your data y a quick and effective way. You can even see the values that are not related to your selections and start to wonder why a certain situation is taking place.
Some of the upsides I can identify is that you no longer have to have your own server to start using Qlik. You have the SaaS version which makes it even simpler to start analyzing your data.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I do not like about Qlik is the map object mainly because you cannot add that many details as you do with Qlik GeoAnalytics. In my point of view, this is a feature that can surely be fixed in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, the problem that I am solving with Qlik Sense is mainly getting quick analysis that really helps make correct decisions. I come from a company that heavily used Excel to make analysis and it takes a lot of time to check that Excel sheet because it gets stuck. So. we decided to use that heavy Excel as a source and analyze it through visualizations in Qlik. With the collaborative feature, everybody can now access the application and takes action with the data. Furthermore, there is no longer a need for the person to send the Excel sheet and wait for the others to make changes and send it back again.

For all the people that looking for a BI tool that is easy to use, you should definitely pick up Qlik Sense. You will see the results in no time.
