CloudBees has been great providing support, recommendation, and best practices

Knowledge, best practices and recommendations
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to interact with a engineer via support tickets but eventually we can set up a webex session in an issue persists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upgrades, switchovers, users requests, infrastructure/set up best practices

Great support
What do you like best about the product?
Always great support from cloudbees. Quick response times. Always very knowledgeable and professional. Always helped solved our priority production issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some thing that I dislike about cloudbees support is that support does not come standard with their products That you have to pay extra for their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some benefits that I have realized from cloudbees support is that all of our production issues were resolved promtly by experts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend users who have an enterprise jenkins instance to get cloudbees support
We are starting CI/CD and moving from JENKINS to CLoudbees

We are still in review and initial phase, will need more time to provide this information

Stability at scale has been an ongoing issue for us. We are solving it with lots of help from CB, but I'd like BC Core to work just like electricity - its just there and works

CI, CD pipelines. Also documentation pipelines, and continuous localization

What do you like best about the product?
The Jenkins support team is very fast and responsive in troubleshooting our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be improved on to make self troubleshooting easier.

Crashing Jenkins nodes and trying to patch / update our Jenkins Master nodes.

What do you like best about the product?
The partnership we have with Cloudbees is amazing. They keep us informed and help us work through our concerns and issues.

I have no compliants. They have great service and assistance readily available.

Runs in Docker/Kubernetes which allows for empheral build agents and the ability to specify more with code

Would like to see more analytic capabilities build into the tool. I realize DevOptics has a lot of the analytic capabilities but having more in Core itself would go a long way

Cloudbees support is always responsive whenever we have issues with our Jenkins masters, we appreciate the thorough help and support.

Organizational problems that only certain people within the Org can talk to support and we have to open issues through them

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to receive expert help when issues arise. Without this, our teams would be stuck searching Stackoverflow and Google for answers.

This is more of an organizational issue, which is the fact that only a small subset of individuals in our organization have the ability to interact directly with support.

We are enhancing our teams ability to deliver software quicker.
