Development culture-changing product with fantastic support!
What do you like best about the product?
This product has fostered a culture shift in our development teams. This gives our developers more confidence to release earlier and more often, and it gives our product owners the ability to ramp up user exposure to a feature at their preferred pace. Upper management and our support staff are very happy with the ability for our releases to be scaled out over time, ensuring we are able to monitor the resources being consumed and rollback/turnoff a feature if things start to go south. The ease in which to create experiments and change them quickly with a robust set of supported rollout strategies is really where this product shines. Since we've implemented CloudBees Rollout, we get complemented regularly by our users at how stable our systems seem and how much more frequently they're seeing features being added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to be able to administer experiments from a mobile device, however the dashboard is not currently supported on mobile devices (at least in my experience). There are a few features that we've asked for that are in the pipeline already, so I'm not going to mention those here. The team has been very responsive to our inquiries and suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to deploy early and often with the peace of mind that we can very quickly turn off new functionality. The benefits are that our users are very rarely affected negatively, but get to see new functionality much faster than they used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to consider this product if you're looking for this type of solution. Our search looked at 3 different products, and CloudBees was the clear winner on the functionality we needed, the support we needed, and the price we needed. It's been nothing but a great experience.

Great experience Using Cloud bees to govern and simplify Jenkins implementations
What do you like best about the product?
What I loved about CloudBees Core is it's amazing ability to utilize Kubernetes clusters very efficiently. This makes containerized deployment quite feasible and therefore makes the process of up scaling and down scaling based on demand very simple. Plugin template feature is also quite useful as we can restrict users from installing any 3rd party plugins, there by enabling us to ensure we have less challenges with Jenkins instances because of plugins and upgrade incompatibility. Security features of Cloudbees are also great, they help us implement role based security. Pipeline templates are also quite useful as they are quick starters for teams without the need for us to manually recreate all the pipelines from scratch. This has saved over ~30% of our Effort as part of Adoption and BAU activities. Another great aspect of cloud bees is it's self-service capability that helps teams fill up a form and setup their pipelines in an automated way
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly dislike the Cost & Licensing Model. This could be further streamlined and made more effective. Compared to competitors like Azure DevOps Cloudbees does not provide any SaaS implementations for Lean teams that want to use only the basic features of the tool. I also see that the monitoring capability is a separate offering, I find this very bizarre product placement. All of these in my experience is a major drawback and might be a game changer in the time to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Govern and simplify Jenkins implementations. Cloudbees has enabled us towards centralizing Jenkins and creating a structure for quick starts with jenkins and DevOps journeys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advise - Cloud Bees is a Brilliant tool for managing multiple Jenkins instances and creating an enterprise deployment. CloudBees team support is also quite splendid.

Excellent CI/CD solution to implement as part of Enterprise DevOps Platform/Solutions
Very pleasant
What do you like best about the product?
Clustering options for masters and support official in plugins. From a technical point of view, the tool is very easy to integrate with other tools in you CICD chain. The apis out of the box of the CloubBees are very friendly. The plugin site, comes with many official plugins to use, which is greate because they get you support from CloudBees.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be carefull with the plugins you use, make sure there are official and with support from CloudBees.
They went out of the way to get us onboard
What do you like best about the product?
As always it came down to the last minute, and it was the worst time of the year for us to on board. Cloudbees were all somewhere in Spain for the annual company meet but a few of them went out of the way to get our complicated environment up and running. BZ to them as we're all good and have been moving well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. They are very busy, but they have responded to our tickets. We try to do the work ourself, but it's complicated. They make it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jenkins API behind Kubernetes Operators handling each job. The documentation is great, the support is great, and we are solid behind SSO integrated with all the bells and whistles.
We start with a single jenkins instance almost 5 years ago and now CloudBees Core save our time
What do you like best about the product?
Multi master configuration to provide segmentation through different areas, verified plugins and compatibility issued that are tested thanks to beekeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filesystem is annoying, a lot of files.
Also that there is no audit tool integrated with Cloudbees core, thanks to the reverse proxy logs in front of Cloudbees Core we can do some "audit" when we want to know something about whant happened on a managed master.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The topic I marked as the best. multi master save time and problems to our team. Different plugins, versions and configuration is achieved thanks to this. Also we have mac agents connected to cloudbees core that are shared with all the managed masters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Number of users/projects using CICD
Cloubees Core - An excellent alternative
What do you like best about the product?
RBAC - Role Based Access Control and Automatic security patch upgrade is something that beings unique value to this product. Historically setting up RBAC in opensource Jenkins distribution and managing access to slaves has been challenging and often time wont work. This is nicely wrapped in CB Core.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is focused based on containers in mind where as people still use classic EC2 or trying to go serverless is not well documented. If the product was agnostic to underlaying platform and EKS, Kube, EC2-ASG deployment could be handled through diff plugin configuration, it would make it unbeatable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problem of restricting who has authority to invoke job on certain restricted slaves. This is very important as I work on cybersecurity org.
