An essential software for my organization, I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Its main advantage is that it has technical support that offers quality care at all times, its answers are always clear and of great help to users.
Our team uses Jenkins infrastructure a lot, and Cloudbees CI helps us unify it.
It is easy to access its functions, I love everything I get in this software.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my short experience using Cloudbees CI I have nothing negative to say about it, it has made improvements in the company's processes. I hope that I continue to enjoy your services and that you continue to improve the organization significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Cloudbees CI came to our lives and of course to the company, we do not want another platform other than this. It is a fundamental complement for us, we feel more confident and secure from its implementation.
It is originally from the cloud and is usually much more practical than other platforms.

Extremely powerful Tool and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Software new features release tool and the interface has the only functional and useful functions only which enables easy manipulation of the tool.
Features disabling and tool initial configuration was easy and effective and the overall quality its good.

CloudBees Features Flags has nothing for the users to underline as a usage problem with this system.

Great manageability because its comes with inbuilt CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center allowing large teams to manage master templates, RBAC and folders from this single console

The UI of CloudBees CI is a bit complex.

Reduces administration and upgrade complexity by moving the organization into a multimaster pipeline architecture from a monolithic architecture.

Multiple languages are supported by the tool, and the functions are capable to enhance the features release processes.

It helps me to get a fast communication with developers across my organization. Also allow me to send tracker excel sheets within Microsoft teams. Helps to automate day to day work.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a Java based project which we wanted to migrate from Bamboo to CloudBees CI. Best features which CloudBees CI offers is different level of Pipeline security and feasible way of securing with different policies. It helped us to deploy a very difficult and Microservice to market in such a short span. It also provide simple and quick team onboarding process with different access-controls, also the best part was its architecture which runs on Cloud and inside a Kubernetes namespace. It has got a rich integration feature with AWS, Azure and GCP. If you want to leverage all the features of Docker and Kubernetes container, then you must have CloudBees CI as your ultimate choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the License quite expensive as we were migrating from Atlassian stack and found that per user access is quite high. Although, it offers on-cloud service, at times you will face issue with Deployment and downtimes are frequent. If your pipeline is poorly designed, then you might have to wait for a longer execution, which leads to delay in Deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were creating a complex Telecom product and we wanted to have a next-generation CI/CD platform which will offer us Security and Access Control feature to the Devops team. Also, we wanted to enhance cross-pipeline collaboration which offers multiple team to deploy changes at once. CloudBees CI is a complete package for your CI/CD activities and best option for highly operational Devops Team. It becomes easy to integarte with other SaaS products with the CloudBees CI(Core). It helped us to scale the product deployment and enabled us to move Devops to cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a perfect choice and i would say next generation Jenkins CI/CD for complex projects and best suited for Microservice projects.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees is easily configurable, it can be easily modified and extended. The extensive set of plugins makes Jenkins flexible and allows you to build, deploy, and automate on multiple platforms. Problems are detected and resolved almost immediately, keeping the software in a state where it can be safely released at any time. Jenkins support is a great helper tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing that I think needs to be improved is that it has very little documentation, which leads to a high learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees allows you to automate much of the work of building, testing, and deploying your code. Most of the integration work is automated. Therefore, the integration problems are minor. This saves time and money over the life of a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CloudBees allows the implementation of all the news directly in the base code, to avoid a long and problematic integration phase at the end of a project. I recommend it.

With cloudbees everything becomes easier for us in the company, all implementations are secure and reliable, so we leave all those processes in the past; In addition, with this product, technology advances, since it constantly lives innovating, which generates a lot of confidence in the user.

To date what we have is good references, this tool has met all the expectations that we had in the beginning and in this time we have noticed a great effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a magnificent automation tool, which we use for the implementation of the different stages of all the processes of the organization that were previously annoying by the different scripts everywhere. Now everything is centralized with cloudbees, in terms of processes, confirmation of codes, all publications are at the maximum, which makes us feel very comfortable with this product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has excellent resources for the customization of processes and control panels, which facilitates the orchestration process and better constant in real time. Use it in your company, it will suit you better.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a centrally managed experience with a wide variety of features to use on kubernetes platforms. You can simply manage more Jenkins at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Helps you to reduce costs with a compelling native environment and a unique cloud CI. I recommend it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can simply extend security management and maintain build pipelines. Problems like improving practice enforcement. One of the features I like the most is Cloudbees CI checkpoint. The migration assistant helped me with pipelines transition and was very easy to use

Off the shelf continuous integration plateform. No infrastructure deployment cost.

It may cost some money if we use it for long time period intensively, compared to self managed solution.

It make continuous integration easy and help devloppers team to make better software faster and avoid spending to much time managing build and deployment.
