What do you like best about the product?
The UI,
Configuration as code,
Creating agents and store them on GitHub and lot more automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot scale the instance pods and have zero downtime upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all are CI on cloudbees core. We use different plugins and configured it for test, build and deploy our application
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you use cloudbees core in a modern way, like using templates, configuration as code etc. You are going to love it.

Connecting Marketing and DevOps

What do you like best about the product?
We needed a joint tool to coordinate deployment for our main company website that is (mostly) owned by Marketing but relies on support from our DevOps team to keep things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's helped us a lot, but still requires a strong technical person to be able to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-functional teamwork between Dev and Marketing helps us maintain our website more efficiently (less time, less errors).

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudbees CI helps in unifying Jenkins infrastructure.Good customer service.
Helped in improving CI CD pipeline.Very flexible.It speeds up the entire process which helps us in fast delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now..... except pricing!!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
It has great and well developed features for that can run effectively on Kubernetes. Our organization administrators find it very easy to customize our platforms to manage our tasks and projects on daily basis. Proper monitoring of our programs has enables our teams to work on planned environment to deliver on our set goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has been giving us excellent services in our enterprise. The user interface is sometimes challenging but with time and experience operation becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem of ensuring tha projects and tasks are well implemented have been solved. It greatly monitors the infrastructure of our of our programs and ensures everything is in good operational capacity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ClodBees CI has proven to our team members to be one of the most effective platform in managing our enterprise programs. It provides excellent environment for operation that contributes proper management.

What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility, the ease of deployment and partner collaboration. We are in frequent contact with our colleagues from Cloudbees and get a lot of support. They are also extremely open to feedback and constantly trying to improve. As far of the product, we get a stable and very reliable deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have no downside to our implementation of Cloudbees. We are looking forward to move to a SaaS based implementation to reduce our maintenance efforts and enable a hybrid cloud CI/CD pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to run multiple Jenkins opensource instances, with CloudBees we can make that process much easier to our Software Developers and maintain a good level of control that allows for compliance and security to be in place

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to handle all the functions
One of the most accessible tools for programmer and developer
One of the user-friendly servers helps to manage the tasks on one platform
It provides access to add multiple environments; this makes it more beneficial
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been through with any negative experience; it's a very compatible and user-friendly server, especially when we are targeting a large team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to deploy our application for beta users so that instead of releasing new features for live users, we wanted to deploy this for the selected set of users so that we can get those feedback

Kubernetes On-Premises on Public Cloud using Cloud CI!!!

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the traditional platform which is much more powerful and capable solution then Jenkins. It comes with powerful plugins for example I used Metrics based alerts system to notify the status on Metrics and can be customized for health and different parameter status. It also simplifies the overall deployment and users can use benefits of Kubernetes on premises feature. It also have multiple access control essentials for authorized access, it is considered as extended Jenkins version. SSO and LDAP access can be provided with customize Authorization policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is considered as one of the Extended Jenkins versions, the overall dashboard gui is not user interactive and needs significant update. It would be great to have some features to track pipeline issues using debugging functionality. Other CI tools are very compatible with API's to manage pipeline in runtime, but CloudBees CI lacks this feature. With ever changing world, CloudBees CI needs this feature to remain market competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an ultimate solution to cater our Kubernetes needs and scale up our overall Devops activity in the Production environment using Build automation. We wanted to reduce cost and efforts to maintain parallel pipelines. Overall microservices were complex to deploy and hence wanted to centralize all teams into a Devops strategy using CloudBees CI automation tool.


We were able to maintain our Pods and Clusters which uses Docker and Kubernetes structure. Our overall troubleshooting efforts came down due to extensive logging capability which CloudBees CI offers.

What do you like best about the product?
If you ever used Jenkins and wanted to enhance your capability then CloudBees CI is the best suited tool for your organization. It comes up with pre configured templates and policies with automate and manage complex tasks. It will allow you to manage more Jenkin instances which can be done using less compute and effort. We also used a lot of inbuilt plugin which CloudBees CI comes by default. It has capability of Pipeline checkpoints in it which allow quick identification of issues in an ongoing pipeline operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found CloudBees CI is having a powerful framework but comes with a similar dashboard as Jenkins. It can be improved further and also it is quite expensive for a small organization. Hence, pricing and license model can be further improved and more plugins with AWS can be created for managing complex builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to quickly migrate our Legacy application to go live. It saved us a lot of human efforts and with a small team we were able to manage and scale up quickly. We were able to create quick policies which were enforced across our Development Team. Separation of modules were easy and best suited for a complex Microservice architecture. Overall we were able to bring all the teams automation operation at a single place and helped us to save cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We had a great experience for deploying our application from Git to AWS environment. It is very easy to configure with PCF and Cloud Foundry. Scalable operations can be performed and I never faced any lagging or operation flaws.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees is always improving and the performance of the infrastructure is impressive. The process has been very easy to use, it is an automated system to be successful in the implementations, our expectations from the beginning have been good with CloudBees CD and the automation has been progressive and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our company CloudBees has been perfect for our launches in the implementations and now our work is of quality with the help of this software, for some people in the company it is a bit difficult software at first, but in my opinion it is very easy and I like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBess has been perfect to have more scalability in our releases, it is a different software from the others because the results are more visible, we know that we will have help in automation with CloudBees CD, we manage the granular stage, we reduce risks, we also have more orchestration of customization, it is gratifying to have so many advantages with this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You just have to be clear about the objectives you want to achieve and you will achieve it with this software, since it will significantly improve the performance of the infrastructure, you can automate your implementations and with great ease in programming, if you are a newbie you can achieve results quickly.
