What do you like best about the product?
its process of backing up data, how it cover all details needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its UI is a bit diffecult to be used by an individual for some time due to its UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps saving time and resources by making backups for the users, before it, the IT team has to get every PC one by one to get backups done.

That you can easily restore files and emails to original location and to on premise

The price of this solution is a bit on the higher end as compared to something like codetwo

It allows for the backup of M3665 data in the even for catastrophic failure on Microsoft's part

The opportunity to restore content that may have been deleted by accident.

It is somehow difficult to Install and run.

The ability to access all kind of information that may have been deleted in order to create space in a hard drive.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. It's saved us a few times when clients delete things from OneDrive.

No real complaints. Takes a bit to setup but once it's done it runs smoothly.

Easy to use and restore. The reports are easy to read and if there is any problems the problems are usaly easy to fix.

The lack of imutable copie option.

What do you like best about the product?
Security in today's landscape MUST include a backup tool for Microsoft 365. They do not guarantee that your data is backed up, it's up to you. Veeam Backup comes in to the picture and provides a really easy-to-use solution that integrates seamlessly with the Microsoft API to provide granular backups of each user. Veeam makes it easy to restore data when needed and back up to a variety of cloud/on-prem storage solutions, making it easy to implement into our existing backup processes. The service runs all the time and takes multiple backups a day to ensure that data is protected and safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Veeam's licensing has shifted more to a subscription model and costs have certainly increased. While it's still easy and possible to deploy on-prem, more often you are encouraged to look at cloud options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft does not guarantee backups for their Microsoft 365 product. If you use 365, you must use a backup tool. Veeam directly addresses this need.
Veeam for 0365 has been seamless and very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It runs in the background with very little admin input. Super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent ran into any real issues with the product, I have been using it for over a year.

Industry Requiements for backups are easily setup and managed.

What do you like best about the product?
It does the job and backs up our files and has an alright interface. The support is helpful as much as they can. Product is limited due to microsoft's limitations
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a couple of weeks to setup due to our how our file system is setup on OneDrive and times out due to Microsoft's limiting. They'll help you but was not a plug an play process
