Integrates well with the software, backup is simple.

Documentation is sparse, often need to google to find how to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep storage consistent across multiple devices at different work locations.

M365 Veeam Backup
What do you like best about the product?
It prevents the risk of losing access and control of O365 data by storing the data on cloud as well to our local environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be reconsider based on utilisation of resources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user I am having access to my files and other resources without any issue. It ensures data availability without any loss.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 backs up all of your items/data that is stored in Office 365. It's a very efficient and trustworthy tool. I highly recommend it!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. If anything, it can be confusing and hard to set up at first. Just make sure to read the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without even thinking, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 backs up all of my data, notes, and files that I need. This can be an issue sometimes if I accidentally delete something or forget to save it.
A good option to keep a backup of your 365 suite
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to help you keep your 365 suite's data secure, so you don't accidentally lose critical information. It helps keep a backup of all your Microsoft 365 apps like teams to keep your business safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup process and setting permissions for data storage could have been easier. It would have been helpful to have a walkthrough or easy-to-follow support doc to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veeam Backup has helped us keep our data in Microsoft secure. I always heard that one of my colleague's firms lost all the data they had in Microsoft teams, which was a nightmare for them. Taking a lesson from their loss, we quickly started looking for tools to secure our data. This is when we found Veeam Backup. Now we don't have to worry about the safety of our data.
Even more peace of mind for MSFT365
What do you like best about the product?
We ended up not using this as the existing backup tools were more than adequate. Hosting in Azure we were able to get backup, recovery, monitoring and reporting for our virtual, physical and cloud workloads, all from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure why this product is needed. There may be an application if you want to diversify your solutions but in this case, we went all MSFT and found the solution simple and seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to see if there was a more economical and simpler tool for secure backup and recovery. Ultimately - while the cost looked to be better the complexity just wasn't worth it.
Good platform that does the work
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Veeam backup, especially the feature for office 365 as it provides seamless integration with office 365 without the need for heavy coding or configuration compared to other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit of a hit as it is priced per user, which might be expensive sometimes with a couple of specific setups, but other than that, it is a great product that does the job correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to figure out a way we could backup office 365 emails, teams, and one drive in an external place other than Microsoft servers in a straightforward manner, as doing so in different platforms can be super complicated; this is where we used veeam.
So far no complaints.

It fuctions basically the same as any other veeam.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with backing up private channels.

Prevention of loss mainly.
Easy to use option for backing up MS 365
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure and maintain, and is free for up to 10 users to be backed up. Can backup emails, OneDrive, Sharepoint etc and files can be restored locally rather than direct to cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly am unable to find anything to complain about in this instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A fairly low cost way of backing up our Office 365 data. Although 365 does offer some basic backup functionality in the method of previous versions and a recycle bin, for the sake of a free product (for up to 10 users) or a fairly low-cost, then the peace of mind is invaluable.
Protect all your data you need for your daily work
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Backup for M365 can easily be installed and configured, and protects all your daily business data and communication from data loss or accidently deletion. I makes the IT Department much more relaxed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the connection to the stores is lost, so we had to create a recurring task to restart the services and after that it works again. This should not be necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem if data from M365 is accidently lost and is needed. Cause the data is in MS Cloud and not directly accessible it makes it possible to have physical access to the data behind the cloud.

The Veeam Backup solution for Microsoft 365 is the best solution available in the Market
What do you dislike about the product?
no option to buy licenses directly from Veeam

To make a complete backup of the Microsoft 365 tenant
