Exceptional. SignNow works extremely well for our organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to sign and text box option.Also, ability to get documents signed from multiple parties in chronological order. However, DocuSign seems to be your strong competitor, which has been an issue for us at times as certain companies prefer DocuSign to SignNow as DocuSign produces certificate of authenticity. Maybe SignNow can build that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several Signing Apps however since we have historically used SignNow - we prefer that. Specifically, it is the ease of getting documents signed and creating document group.
Efficient and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
This provides accurate signing, ensuring all needed information is entered on documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple confirmation emails can be tedious to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to drop documents off at the doctor's office. It is beneficial to email documents. This increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
We used docusign for years.... this service is as good as or better for a more reasonable price. Works perfectly for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike. We have no issues.

Stops us from having to obtain in person signatures

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to add many users and send unlimited envelopes. The customer service is also 100% better than their competitor. The other vendor we used had terrible customer service and their representatives for our account changed constantly. Further, they always tried to upsell us and warn us that we were about to hit our quota for envelopes. SignNow has way better customer service and a chat feature - direct access to customer service asap. Everyone on our HR team has been very pleased. We have since added even more users and plan on using SignNow present and future. LOVE IT!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike off the top of my head. SignNow always is updating and adding features, but not unnecessary features. I think that their pricing is excellent as well as their business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have managed to go 100% paperless on the human resources side of things . Managers can now be tracked to find out who is holding up signatures. Previously there was a lot of finger pointing. Now, no one can claim they didn't get an email.
Sign now is easy to use and makes it quick and easy for my customers to sign documents.

The most helpful thing about Sign Now is the ease of setting up a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when changes are made that aren't helpful, a good example is when buttons are moved around. If changes are made, it would be nice to have some pop-ups explaining the changes and where things have moved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves sending a document to a customer and having them print it first, sign it, scan it, and send it back to me. It takes a lot of the legwork out and makes it so I can just send via email and my customer can sign the same way.
Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use the free version and have had no problems. It easy to upload the PDF and send it off to someone to sign.

The first time I did a template I really struggled. Their help support really helped.

With everyone remote these days it's easy to get a signature and not have to mail the document.

The interface is very simple to use. The mobile app makes it easy to get things done on the go. This solution has a better price than other solutions.

When repeating a contract, the system should be able to pick up the fields needed. A template should not be needed.

I can send contracts for signature right away. The customer can sign the document on many devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we need to clear cookies and cache in the browser before we can sign the document(s) in signNow. I think that's the only annoying part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to adopt signNow when COVID-19 pandemic broke out. We were forced to stay at home during movement restriction period.
Thankfully, signNow is here for us to solve our documentation issue. Everyone can sign the documents with devices anywhere and anytime.
Also, we used to print many papers before using signNow, but now we use fewer papers for the Earth!

Ease of creating forms. Ability to upload existing forms and set for signing or other needed fields

You need to have a certain number of licenses in order to be able to manage the accounts.
