Easy to use for us and clients
What do you like best about the product?
signNow is super user friendly and has all the things my companies need to work with clients. Never an issue with a client recieving a form or filling it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had zero issues with the program. Notifications are great, and clients find it easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients need to be able to easily give us authorization to perform maintenance for them, E-Signature makes that simple and effective

Sign now is an ifficient way for my company to be able to make important documents easily to sign by whom ever we need signatures from it expidites the process much more than we could hope for.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is only one thing i do dislike about sign now and that is the ease of the pointer when adding a new box it doesn't always add the box where it needs to be.

We work in a industry where contracts are going out left and right. Sign now helps us keep everything we need in one convient place, as it allows you to use a search bar to look up anything you may need to find in your portal.

Bulk invites can make it difficult to attach who the signer was.

Easy quick additions of multiple fields, and very intuitive for all sales staff. Very streamlined and easy to understand for clients.

It takes a couple of steps to combine multiple documents if you need clients to sign off on several items.

Getting a PDF copy of every contract so we have a paper trail for our sales process.
Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Saves an incredible amount of time compared to the old school method of printing documents, signing them, and then scanning them. Also provides great record-keeping of signed documents, and document control in terms of whom has signed documents, and when they signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often have to let signers know to check their spam/junk folders for signnow emails - for some reason they seem to get stuck in spam/junk quite often.

Time saving and record keeping.

It's simple, easy to use. All my clients use it just fine without any issues. I've been using it for five years now and love it. It also has great security and notifications.

Nothing. I love using SignNow. Everything works great for me.

Anytime I have to prefill docs or get aplocations signed by clients. It makes it quick, easy and instantaneous.
