It was pretty easy to use, and I could do it all from my phone.

Easy to use, Very Efficienct!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how user friendly this program was. For both myself as the one setting the documents up and for the people I was having sign our documents.I could set up a document once, use it over and over again, and it took me a short amount of time to set up. It's an efficient program to have and a tool our company relied on heavily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything I disliked about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 10 page volunteer applications that people used to spend a ton of time filling out and had a difficult time scanning in the double sided documents. Now, they fill it all out online with a legally binding signature. It's simple, its safe, it's an easy decision.
Awesome Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Digital Signature thing where you have the options to choose from for your signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a little more cursive handwriting to match the signatures more accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that using CudaSign saves my time and my H.R's time as well. Doesn't involve hassled discussions n mails and instead, just a digital signature is enough to prove your point.

Get it, try it and I firmly believe that you'll keep it.

Terrible Product Support
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. This is a decent product with terrible support. I liked when this product worked and I could use it, but it hasn't been working properly recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been trying to contact support for 24-hours because none of my documents are sending for signatures. Every time I try to contact their support I get stuck in an endless loop through their backend system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently solving no problems with SignNow. It has been down for more than 24-hours and I cannot get in contact with their customer support. I am having massive issues with none of my clients receiving documents to sign to proceed with projects. When this service works it is good, when it doesn't there is no way to get in touch with support to work through the issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SignNow has extremely extremely poor support.
I absolutely love the cuda sign, so efficient, easy to use and saves so much postage and time

easy for our customers and staff to use. the tracking system to verify that person signed from their ips address

I sometimes need to sign for my boss and once signature is , I can't change from mine to his when sending docs to customers to sign, minor inconvenience and understand why it is there.
