Easy to use, makes signing documents quick and painless
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Cudasign on any device, including your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I can think of that I dislike about Cudasign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees are all over the country - this makes signing documents quick and easy.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Cudasign is easy to use and updates you with emails on what the status is on your document. Also, you can send to multiple people and designate in which order a person signs in.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't reject one page without rejecting the entire document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless signing and having multiple people from different offices sign the same document at the same time.
Great product for all sorts of things.

This product is very easy to use. I sign documents on cudasign daily and love how easy it is to use. It saves all my signed docs for future use as well.

You can't easily open old docs and edit them. Otherwise it's a pretty good program.

The simplicity to the entire product makes away with lost time pertaining to documentation.

There was nothing that stood out as problematic. Everything was straight forward and made it easy to complete the documentation.

Being employed far away from company headquarters, CudaSign makes it easy to complete my documentation and collaborate.

makes my life easier!, having the availability of sending forms by email to my customers so they can do a quick signature, and I can get it back with in a couple of minutes.

Mostly I use it for simple forms and signatures, I will like to use it with more feautures like erasing data I have typed by mistake

CudaSign - Great product, Great Support, Great Company
What do you like best about the product?
CudaSign is easy to use, and has all of the essential features required. Cudasign is intuitive, with a an easy website layout, that flows well. Support is excellent, the price is excellent, and working with Barracuda and their partners (Suggest - Comware) is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it does have the essential features, it is lacking some of what might be considered more premium features. A couple features I would like to see are a central archive for users within the same team, and a audit trail that includes to whom the document was emailed too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started off with a single need, after using it for awhile it has become more and more integrated into our daily systems. We now utilize it across a host of different forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, you wont regret it. The cost of ownership is low and Barracuda's support is outstanding. Although I stated that it is lacking some features, it has everything needed and more. You simply can't go wrong with cudasign.

What do you like best about the product?
Childishly simple to use, even on an iPhone. I can open a PDF in an email, signed it and email it back in 20 seconds. Really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great product. Wish there were more like it.

The ability to sign documents on the go. Huge benefit of not having to open laptop.

It's pretty easy to use this product whenever you need to supply a legally acceptable signature to a digital document. Avoids the ned to print, sign, scan and email back.

It would be nice to send a 100% ready to sign document to non-cudasign users
