Nearly Flawless Experience

The need to get signatures and collect billing information. This has allowed us to consolidate our billing tools with SignNow

What do you like best about the product?
Signnow provides my company with a template sign form that I use as a waiver form for my clients. It is fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my clients are confused when they click on the link on their phone as it asked them to sign up for signnow and they miss the option to click the button that says sing with mobile browser. A few have been upset as they thought they were being asked to sign up for a service in order to sign it. I would like to see the link go smoothly directly to my waiver form without those complications or potential misdirections for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
signNow is very easy to use and has alot of functions. Our company uses this program very frequently. I especially love all the advanced search options for use. The search feature includes searching text, and that is how we find who we are looking for. Creating templates is easy, and invite links are great.
Overall, the entire program is very simple and self explanatory. All of the features available is what sets it apart from others.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful if guest signers would be required to put their email address, phone number, or another identifying factor. It can get difficult or messy to search through all of the guest signed documents. Although the search function includes searching text, any other identifying factors would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of customer printing these documents and returning eiether in person or by mail, we can send invite links over email and customers can sign documents this way. This is much faster and convienient for every person involved.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We use SignNow in our law firm and it is easy to use and makes life easier for all parties involved. We usually have very tight deadlines on completing our Agreements and this helps speed up the process. SignNow is very easy to set up for the signature process. I have had to contact customer service on a few occaisions and they have been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We use SignNow almost daily in our workdays!
What do you dislike about the product?
Part of our practice involves sealed Court files and we do not want copies of the documents floating around as they are sealed by the Court so it would be nice to not allow signers to download or save the documents. This is an important option that would probably assist other law firms with sealed Court files. It would also be helpful if you had an option to apply initials once placed on page automatically placed in the same place on the remaining pages (time consuming to do this on 50 - 80 page documents).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has made it possible for us to sign our Court documents electronically without the need to meet clients in person.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
signNow is a quick easy tool for otainign sigature from clients nasd collegaues instantly. Teh hoem page is easy to manage clients and confirm completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only drawback is the saved clients does not auto populate both field when you select them from your address book.

Does everything I need to do. I use it prettu much every day. Intuitive, easy to use. Clients like it.

I wish there was a way to set up a template where it overlays future documents and automatically adds signatures, initials on the pages according to the template.
I also find that the emails often end up in clients' "spam" folder, not sure what can be done about it,
