Excellent Solution for eSignatures
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a small CPA firm and require signatures on engagement letters and confidential tax documents. I've tried other solutions but some of my clients found the other solutions a bit clumsy. I've received very positive feedback once I switched to SignNow. I also really appreciate the option to choose 'do not send signed documents' for confidential information. It's a great choice for CPAs, Attorneys and anyone else needing a secure yet easy-to-use solution. It's also IRS compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything I dislike. Again, I've used other solutions and this one holds its own against any of them. I guess I'd like to see a more integrated solution with PDF and DOCX documents but it works well as it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement letters. IRS documents. Compilation engagement documents. Benefits: It gets the signatures I need quickly with minimal to no frustrations for my clients.

It's a great solution and worth a serious consideration.
Financial Advisory Firm Using SIGN NOW for A Year
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use, is secure, that I can add password security, and that I can see all the documents or just the ones for which I am awaiting a reply. All this at a reasonable price!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is nothing I dislike about this service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am having clients sign paperwork with my firm. This saves time of having this done via e mail, mail, or having clients come into the office.

templates are at the ready to send out to our customer base quickly saving a lot of wait time.
Simple, quick and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SignNow is just how easy it is to upload, setup fields and be done with it. It literally takes me less than 3 minutes to upload the document, add text/signature/date fields and send it for signature. I also like that the signing process for other users is very intuitive so I don't have to explain anything, they can just follow SignNow's instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish I could do on SignNow is to be able to edit the title of the document after I upload it. I usually just upload a contract template and then add text fields to cover the blanks but then I can't change the title once it has been uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an agreement in place and making sure that I have a legally signed document I can always review.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very easy to set up and use with sales and admin team. After doing a thorough review of the various services, I selected SIgnNow for their combination of services at a great cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been occasional formatting problems when uploading Word docs. I would like to be able to save a custom sending note rather than manually updating each time.

Easy to use system speeds up our ordering process to confirm new sales and send reminders.

Ease of use. It's almost stupid proof. I want an app that requires little explaining to client.

Originally, clients were signing using pre-populated signature, but I needed their actual signatures. I contacted SignNow and they were able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction.

signing documents with clients without having in-person meetings. It's a time saver and on gas too!
