Great Program for My Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use to complete my lien waivers. The old way I had to email them and wait for the originals to come by mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they didn't expire after 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. I am able to have a Waiver completed within minutes as opposed to waiting for hard copies to come in the mail.
SIGNNOW IS FAST, FRIENDLY, AND EASY TO MANEUVER.

YOU CAN CONTACT ANYONE WHO HAS ACCESS TO SIGNNOW TO GET THEIR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.
What do you dislike about the product?
I GET TWO EXACT EMAILS WHEN THE DOCUMENT IS DIGITALLY SIGNED.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I DO NOT NEED TO GET AN IN PERSON SIGNATURE. MY MANAGER COULD BE AT HOME OR ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND HE CAN SIGN DIGITALLY.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from PandaDocs to SignNow about a year ago. We had been using PandaDocs for several years but their options for user accounts was terrible. Most of the team needed very limited features and initially we had them all logging in from 1 user account since the cost and their needs didn't align to having individual accounts. We were contacted and informed that this was not allowed so we began a review of other e-signature platforms that had the features we needed at a price that felt right. We landed on SignNow. We have been very happy with the simple templating, ability to upload new docs and add fields in a snap, and the overall management of the signature flows. We'll be continuing with SignNow for the foreseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup of the folders and sharing of documents is a little weird so things aren't always easily findable but we download them anyway and upload all our signed documents to our sompany shared drive anyway, making this a rather moot issue. Also, there is no hyperlink feature that allows me to paste the link for the signable document into an email, which is a feature I used to use regularly on pandaDocs. This may just be a limitation of the account level we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get legal documents and project contracts signed quickly and efficiently!

Pricing is good compared to some of the competition. Customer support is good and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does lack some of the more advanced features that competition offers. Does not integrate with as many things as competition unless you have higher plans.

Very easy to use. User friendly and easy to understand to send documents online for signatures. Customer service is helpful and attemtive. Organization is nice and the layout is great.

Their could be a nicer cleaner interface. Presentation.

signNow is a great application for my job. It allows a user-friendly UI that makes contracting/NDA sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
When contracts expire, you have to go back in and fill all the information over again.

It is super convient when passing docments back and forth. Also it is accesible by phone with their app.
It is super fast and have not had any issues so far. It has the ability to have your signature ready to use and also lets you add notes to the file. I haven't had an issues that I needed to contact customer support. I've been using Signnow for over a year now with my company. It is easy to send documents to people that do not have signnow and it is also easy to cc people on it as "view only".

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems on the desktop version, however, I think the signnow app could be easier to use. It is hard to sign it and make the text smaller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send in staffing sheets that need to be signed by me and another collegue. It is easy to send back and forth instead of sending PDF. It also keeps all the documents in one place where you can always go back and see.
I do not often refer products to people in the workplace.

Complicated if you need to adjust a contract after sending. Have to restart the entire process and delete old instead of being able to adjust current contract before being fully completed

It solves the issue of needing in-person signatures. Working in an industry with a large amount of field staff, this makes it easy to complete HR related documents.
