In love with SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
The website is very easy to use for both signers and also very fast. You get a lot of notification to make sure your document was successfully created and signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I never got any problem with the software/website

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that I can access it on my mobile phone or on my pc and that I can just upload documents from my drive or from an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to make the font smaller. On some forms, the minimum still is a little too big. I would like to have different color ink. I would like to sign some documents in blue but can't on the pc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can sign contracts, petitions and all sorts of documents while on the road. It also makes it easier to sign documents even in the office. Saving ink and paper which is cost effective for the business.

The drag and drop options to complete a PDF. It makes it very simple for us to create and even easier to show people where to sign properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that people need to download an app to sign it on their phone whereas they don't need to on a laptop. Also, we have contracts that require to choose a checkbox out of 3, but we have to mark them as all clickable instead of having the option to choose one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send over contracts for our clients to sign, they really enjoy it. It is a very quick and easy process, contracts ger signed a lot faster, we don't need to babysit our clientele to get it back. Also it doesn't waste any paper, which we are careful about. All companies should go paperless nowadays
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've researched a similar software for a while before using SignNow, it is easy to use, straighforward and price/quality ratio is very interesting. Definitely recommend.

Amazing & Efficent
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of this software is how easy it is to use. I can input where I need signatures, initials, dates or text on all of the documentation so easily, and I have not had one client ask how to use it or sign it, and my clients age from 23-65.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my keys don;t register. When I am typing some letters are missed- but on a positive note, it forces me to always re-read what I have written or asked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When clients are "too busy" to meet in person, or late night needing last minute signatures on contracts this tool has help so much. I honestly believe it has helped me grow my business, plus I am not wasting paper or time by sending documents by snail mail.

You can't go wrong with this product. It is easy to use, efficient and allows for storage and unlimited documents.
Easy to use and less expensive than competitiors
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use, it is less expensive than the competition, and I don't use it every day, so it's not a service I am willing to shell out a ton on as far as a monthly fee. SignNow is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some options that could be easier to customize, such as the outgoing email inviting people to sign your document. To my knowledge, you need to change that email each time you want to send a document, and it would be nice to have a template for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use it to send offer letters out to candidates to our company. It saves them time from printing/signing/scanning/emailing the offer back to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend SignNow. I don't use all of the advanced features, but for getting someone to sign something quickly and easily, it's the best
User-friendly, straight-forward experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Uploading contact information and attributing it to certain signature areas is easy. The ability to date, initial and signs is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The product is easy to use, inexpensive and fulfills our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need e-sign capability. I work with an aging client base and they need something very user-friendly. This is perfect.

I love how simple it is to just get started with using the services. Other used services required me to watch a few tutorials just on navigating their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I currently dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get my documents signed without having to go meet clients that are far or not worth the drive for a quick signature.

The emails when doc is sent and recieved are sometimes doubled on my end, find myself deleting emails and having to check which is which.
