SignNow User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very user-friendly. I use it, at least, twice a week due to the nature of my job. While I only use specific features every time, I am aware of that there are others available, if needed. In all the years I've used SignNow, I've never had to use Customer Support so I don't have any feedback on that. As the Purchasing Agent for my company I am also unable to give any feedback on implementation or integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I can think of is when they changed the menu on the side. The option to upload a document used to be a bit more obvious, now it takes more clicks to get to that point. Not a showstopper, probably just a me thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to be able to upload docs for a signture rather than email the form, have the signer print it off, manually sign it, scan it and send it back.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Have used SignNow for many years now for my business. Very happy with how easy it is to use and price is right. It allows me to customize fields that I want my clients to sign/initial in the order I want the document signed among many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had the ability to 'save' custom messages to clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a legal document that gives my clients and my business peace of mind- contracts can be printed and allows for transparancy. I also have never had an issue with non-delivery to the client (I always CC myself) so the service is very reliable, which saves me time.
Efficient workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create templates and set up documents to be sent to multiple people for approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is immaterial. When I add recipients, the system automatically adds a line for another recipient. I have to delete that line if I am only sending to 1 recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get emails letting me know when documents are signed. It is much easier (and quicker as a result) for recipients to sign documents.
Good e-signing system
What do you like best about the product?
It has a really easy user interface to be able to add, combine and digitally sign documents. We're using it daily for client signatures. We haven't used customer support yet so I can't comment on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't archive combined documents in our subscription, and it's not as widely used as Adobe or other e-signature software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents signed remotely and saving time and cost of traditional postage
I only use it for a few purposes and in limited ways, but it meets my needs well.

I like that it allows features like check boxes, signatures, drop downs, and fill in lines/dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a tutorial. I find the "copy link" confusing - meaning, I'm never sure if I need to make a new link for each client I send the same doc to so they don't end up clicking a link that someone else has signed. So that part is tedious, assuming I do have to create new links for each client.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to professionally send credit card authorizations that people would otherwise not want to put in emails. It also allows me to send Terms of Service and keep track of who's received them.
We’ve been using it for years

Simple, powerful, affordable. Does everything I need it to do and new features added all the time

I don't like field snapping, but I appreciate that it can be disabled

Saves me time e-signing documents so I don't have to mail them or meet clients in person to sign.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize documents and send them to clients to sign. It is helpful in getting and sending documents for clients who primarily don't come into the office.

Cost is concerning, as a buisness were are alwasy looking at ways to reduce expenses.

Since I have over 32 residents and faculty, SignNow has made document signing very easy and convient. I no long have to hunt down anyone for a signature.

The downside of SignNow is that it frees up my time to work on other tasks and projects.

SignNow assists me with meeting deadlines. There are times that I need a document sign immediately and with a click of a couple buttons the document is sign.

I think that the best feature is being able to easily upload the completed contracts to an outside cloud service such as Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it is difficult to understand the different between documents and archives.

This is allowing us to send contracts electronically in mass to the members who are a part of our organization.
