Works great for our business
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the text tag feature for dynamically generating documents for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for the API when it's built into your application is a little lacking. It would be nice to be able to configure that as a part of the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize SignNow for providing both in-person and remote signatures of home improvement contracts.
Straightforward, easy-to-use signature software
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really intuitive and makes it easy for me to upload documents, sign them, and forward them on to my clients for a final signature. SignNow is also more affordable than alternative signature applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally click the wrong option and wonder why it's not letting me add my signature. I guess this might count as an interface shortcoming, but it's honestly not that big a deal and I can easily go back and address the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm sending proposals and other business-related documents to clients for their signatures. It's easier to use SignNow for this than it would be to print the documents, sign them, and scan them.
Easy to Use E-Signature Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the set up is. The ability to create templates that can also be used and sent by those without accounts is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to make a revision to a declined signature request. Currently, if something is declined due to a mistake in the entered information, the entire document has to be remade and resent, which is somewhat time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SignNow to send many different documents to our clients and contractors, including Independent Contractor Agreements, W-9s, Licensing Agreements, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should give us an option to see who abandon the signing in the middle not to say Guest signer.

Its good for our FICA collection.

This is the best application to use, its paperless and it eliminates printing.

In my role I need customers to confirm orders, it this case they will review and sign back. Before using sign now we did this all through email. Now it is very easy for my customers to not need to print, review, sign, scan and send back to me. Sign now makes this a quick and easy process

Sign now is a great user friendly platform. All signers have received it well and have no issues using it. In my role it is used frequently for confirming orders. I prefer this platform because it makes signing documents easier for the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to download on any phone. Customer's really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a resend button, cause sometimes I have to send it twice. Althought I think that's the customer email is at fault. Some are not use to Sign Now and dont look in their junk mail.

to get customer's signature with out having the customer to come into office.

So easy to use. My customer really like it cause you can download on different phones. Great for my customers that are at work and need a change to their policy with having to come into my office. Love it!!!
