Very good firewall system with little room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Firewall rules are super easy to write, the threat management is easy to use, active notifications about new threats, very good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the logging is a bit slow, but manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast customer support for all possible issues
Great state-of-the-art firewalls with an intuitive interface and good protection

The handling of the firewall is very simple, yet comprehensive and secure. The integration went quickly and easily. The customer support is at a very well-trained level and knows what they are doing.

Sometimes the product feature updates are a bit slow

Provision of a secure internal network with segmentation, as well as the provision of internet access for all users. VPN connections for all users in the company.

It can happen that the interface freezes and a restart is required. The customer service of Sophos is often described as inadequate.

SD-wan features still not up to mark, Some reports are not able to be downloadable

Security which is making me able to put security parameters around users for their better experience in browsing
Ease and Excellence of Remote Firewalls
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability on Sophos Central to manage all my devices in one location, I also love how easy it is to spin up a new device and have it ready within minutes with the ease of deploying the new VLANs, subnets and rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed sometimes I have had to remove and re-add my devices to Sophos Central and wish this would not be the case with some being on the other side of the World, if I lose access it could cause a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage all my devices in one places and to be alerted immediately by email to any issues with the site to sites or the devices in general.

No any Such Found. How ever it would be advisable they catch up with latest trending technologies as early as possible than their competitors

Sophos Central provides a single dashboard for managing firewalls and other Sophos security tools, simplifying monitoring and control.
XGS Firewall is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
For as much power as the firewall has, it's relatively easy to use. I upgraded from the XG series and couldn't have been more impressed with how easy the upgrade was. Also, the periodic updates with not only security patches but software upgrades makes me feel good about paying the subscription.

I haven't had anything that I've disliked

I have tried very hard to come up with something that I dislike, but honestly can't think of anything. It is a great product.
