What do you like best about the product?
The Proxy and easy setup of the rules. It easy to setup and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any downsides. I pretty much enjoy the product.

Simple way to configure the firewall, very userfriendly
What do you dislike about the product?
getting firmware upgrade 2 days interval - when need to install, we need to restart the device, thus we need to inform user that system will be down for 2-5mins

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos Firewall’s Xstream architecture protects our network from the latest threats while accelerating our important SaaS and cloud application traffic.We have one console to manage it all.
Sophos Central provides us with a single cloud management console for all our Sophos products and includes group firewall management at no extra charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
One main weakness is the English-speaking support and lack of available support ressources.
Additionally, Sophos is not able to provide a fast reaction to defective appliances.
The responsible Account Managers are often changing, thus it is hard to have a constant relationship with Sophos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sophos Central dashboard consolidates all of our alerts, enabling us to focus on what’s important.
Additionally, Sophos Central is accessible from anywhere and we don’t need to deploy anything or pay extra.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple platform use; desktop, mobile, tabloid, handheld devices make Sophos stand out from competitors, in my opinion, along with ease of use, functionality, and cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. With all the competition available, if there was something it would be very easy to switch and use another brand without blinking an eye or a second thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophia Firewall is the gatekeeper from cyber crime, work balance and productivity, as well as providing piece of mind when using multiple free WiFi offering and locations.

What do you like best about the product?
The products and services provided are very diverse and cover a variety of needs in this rapidly evolving industry. Configuration is simple and clean. The support is technically savvy and supports with a high level of knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support via Indian call centers is often not easy. The understanding of the problems must often be defined in detail and clearly so that a solution can be provided in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of remote access and access to services from internal and external can be clearly defined and implemented according to specifications. Critical services are only made available to permitted systems and are under 24/7 surveillance and proactive protection.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly UI, robust security features, and adaptable network access control settings. Web filtering, VPN capabilities, and threat detection and response are also included.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos still needs to work on his functional architecture. Hardware performance is still poor as comparing other competitor firewall vendors. Sophos also needs to work on the Support department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sophos devices is simple when handling firewall features. Compared to other suppliers on the market, the object creation process is simple, and setting up firewall rules is also simpler and involves fewer steps. As per my previous firewall, VPN user's services were paid, but with Sophos, we are not paying extra for VPN.
