What do you like best about the product?
Web filter, application, network part, bandwidth allocation, VPN and firewall policies are the best part of Sophos firewall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need hardware devices and need to implement this onsite

We solved VPN issues from this firewall, and no need to pay any additional cost

Ease of use, quick to setup. Monitoring system is fantastic.

Some of the more advanced settings aren't as easily as accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep our network secure, and it has a fantastic reporting system dashboard that shows plenty of metrics.

Using a unified setup slows down internet-based services when using RED for remote work locations with high users.

Sophos Firewall filters our network traffic according to our specifications, ensures that external access is possible, e.g. via VPN or our websites, and thus creates the possibility for employees to work safely and efficiently

Over the last few years, Sophos has implemented or resolved pretty much any problems I had with the firewall.
If I had to say one, I would say the admin interface doesn't always use my full-screen resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
Central Management via Sophos Central for all our sites and integration with Sophos Intercept X Endpoint protection. Good level of support from Sophos and our account manager with regular health checks carried out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration requires a good knowledge of the product to ensure it has been configured correctly but once it has been set up it is easy to administer

It's providing us with a secure and up to date firewall solution to protect our various sites across different locations. The Central Management makes it easy to manage alerts and administer.

User Interface is very simple and attractive. No complexity in rules and configuration.

L3 dhcp server should be integrated in firewall.
