Very powerful and Developer friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
quick and effective development. large set of component which suppresses most of the needs for ETL.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say instead of dislike there are area of improvement where some more components need to be added.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the features of Talend for our clients. There are some things that I know my developers groan at having to use and Talend is NOT one of them. They all love using Talend and the features/workflows within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it is a little too technical. My developers understand but sometimes it is hard to translate to business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our automotive client was receiving data from a vendor called Polk. Polk provides sales data in flat file format that our automotive client wanted to use to generate interactive mobile reports using Roambi.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized cloud management allows one place to configure jobs and connections, and then deploy to many instances...
What do you dislike about the product?
Need much improvement to the UI to be easier to understand... but once a user understands the UI, its actually quite flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting data from large tables and pushing to new dataware house and reporting system

What do you like best about the product?
Could potentially eliminate hardware requirements as oppose to building/maintaining your own servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As like any SAS (software as service) environment, you would need a reliable 24/7 access to the internet, as oppose to the ability of working off line (developer studio).

Software/Server maintenance. Potential savings when we no longer maintain the Talend software/hardware.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration is faster and easy and very user friendly

There are some areas which we can improve on like performance enhancement which is an issue with talend tools when it comes to high volume of data

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place , environments, deployment pipelines, clustering of remote engines etc. which makes it easy from maintainability stand point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating connection parameters and context parameters for each environments are a tedious task even though it’s a one time setup. It would’ve been great if there was an option to select the env context group while publishing the job to cloud from studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost effective , less maintenance and high availability are the major advantages.

What do you like best about the product?
The development Talend studio features are very good, we can migrate to cloud infrastructure very easily with very less code changes. Talend cloud is the best framework for development of integration jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as the tool has all required features for our organization.
