Simply amazing, but quite laggy

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to record calls, and add emojis during the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is not that great comparing its competitors. Users these days require smooth user experience when navigating through the UI and also while using the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can call anyone with a premium feature by adding skype credits, and I get a skype number so I can call anyone using my skype regardless of the internet connection on the other side.

What do you like best about the product?
If user replies are faster and resolution is also faster. The rating font is very gentle
What do you dislike about the product?
No errors but sometimes gets slow and starts reloading.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, no need to install an app on computer. Works seamlessly across multiple operating systems platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Well there hasnt been any downside for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's platform/os independent, works well with chrome across the devices. Supports signle sign on. User experience is very good.reporting and analytics are just awesome

What do you like best about the product?
Genesys Cloud brings a lot of good and handy features. Salesforce integration is the best part I think. Main tool would be Salesforce. Compared to Avaya, it's lightyears away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing missing from Genesys Cloud would be the mobile phone forwarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better and faster call handling and communication with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Go help to simplify the utilisation, more and more options arrive on this months after months.
There are some limit that seems to come from Chrome Extension itself
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have it's own built-in notification instead of using the chrome one that isn't very reliable. Also should allow you to change the colour of the notification on incoming call/message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There needs to be the ability to change custom ringtones. The web-based version also has a 3rd phone sound option for ringer that won't appear here. There needs to be some more development here.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to call and very handy to use. The integration process with the browser is very helpful to handle the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes chrome takes lots of memory and makes the computer slow. Though this is not directly GC problem. Chrome needs to think about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my business easy call handle and makes faster customer support, GC helps me a lot. Also, I didn't spend lots of money for purchasing a high configuration machine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compared to another calling system you can select GC. It's really good to use and very handy. Its has a value of money.

PureCloud for Salesforce Offers 100% cloud-based voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as such, But the efficiency or performance can be much upgraded to support faster download of logs etc.

PureCloud for Salesforce offers contact management and customer context and journey capabilities that complement CRM systems and essential for our organisation.
