Nothing but great experience

What do you like best about the product?
Aisera has made user experience much better and has also supported our Techs in redirecting their own resource to learning new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, or miss-understanding, of potential behind Aisera. One example is if a customer requested for something, and they selected the wrong option, its not capable of looking at its counterpart to get results. (Ex. Asked an HR question, but selected a Finance option).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is assisting us to promote self-service and reducing repetitive work for our help desk team.

Very good chatbot and automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good chatbot which is customisable to our requirements and is being used by various departments like HR and IT. Many of the processes are automated using the flows on Aisera.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be easy to learn and be less dependent on support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising incidents, providing kbs to users and some self service things like password reset.

What do you like best about the product?
Aisera has enabled our company to provide excellent chatbot experiences to our employees for their IT needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration has taken a long time and learning to administrate the platform has proven challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aisera provides customer support equivalent or better than a human can provide.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we are able to display the current outages for our customers in Aisera.
I also love the versatility we have with adding/updating/displaying our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Aisera. Aisera is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aisera is helping our company to allow our customers to be self-sufficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and intuitive. It's very helpful for our end users to have knowledge flows and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about as of today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aisera is helping our end users become self-sufficient. It's very beneficial to have our end users be able to create tickets themselves and fill out request forms themselves. I'm excited to automate more things to make things easier for our end users.

Autocomplete of sentences is my most used feature, it makes the replies faster

Liks made available aren't always up to date.

Quicker responses, quick access to internal support articles and links

What do you like best about the product?
Even though there is a time difference, I still get feedback and support within the day of submission. This is very important to my company , especially using software we don't understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think being a bit more transparent with the road map for the products we are using and allowing us to have more freedom with the product as a lot is done on Aisera's side that could be done on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The demand for new technologies that help the average person get information quicker than searching our database for it or talking to various people to get to an answer that is provided by Aisera's product.

What do you like best about the product?
- Able to use workflows to solve for multiple needs
- The ability to tailor the experience for our users as we see fit
- Conversational language processing is among the better range of tools I've tested
What do you dislike about the product?
- Time needed to first implement
- Admin console can be overwhelming for IT team
- Not as plug-and-play as it could be (needs ongoing maintenance in order to work at its very best)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aisera is providing us with a way to offer conversational AI in Slack for our IT Helpdesk, offering possible self-service documentation to users before submitting a ticket. This allows us to reduce the overall ticket count while simultaneously allowing users to resolve low-level issues themselves without needing to wait for a technician to be available.

What do you like best about the product?
Create your automation chatbot and have him perform a repetitive task and complete it faster and more efficiently. Integrating with other tools and leveraging that function opens up a lot of automation opputunities
What do you dislike about the product?
The ontology or entity recognition of Aisera needs a slight improvement. I know chatGPT would be able to level up the current function, but currently, it's lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BTS for nontechnical users, Aisera is trying to focus on providing users Knowledge base articles that might/will help them resolve their issues even without the help of IT Support. And also automation things like access requests and password resets

Some challenges with language processing versus how our guests are helped. This will only improve with time though
