Very flexible when it comes to integrating it
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense has great integration possibilities allowing you to seamlessly integrate BI into your workflows instead of having BI as a Silo in a specific tool. Sisense has an enormous set of personalization options including even custom widgets.
Their UI and online guides are very userfriendly and easy to search. I had experience with other BI software and got used to Sisense in a matter of weeks.
The Sisense team was very helpful as well with personal trainings and regular follow up meeting to check the status of our project and see if they could help.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to do more than just creating dashboards you need to know SQL eg. to create custom functions. Other similar tools are more user friendly for non-pros (eg. someone from Marketing) in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the data, Sisense has the technology to process & visualize. Their possibilities to integrate allowed us to skip the task of developing BI functionality ourselves.
Create for those that like SQL and/or Python
What do you like best about the product?
As an analyst/developer it's great to work with SQL and/or Python.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business users aren't able to self-service as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share data with business users and external users in a easy fashion.
Amazing interface between your data and dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of connecting databases and external resources, together with practical and detailed tools to design charts and other widgets
What do you dislike about the product?
Plug-ins are often not maintained well or lack important features, but you can do 99% of things with built-in charts

Great dahsboards, makes my life in Finance much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow refresh times occasionally. Otherwise no complaints, I don't knwo how to manage or create any dashbaords, so I don't have any technical feedback

It provides me with much of my operational and finance data.

What do you like best about the product?
You can manipulate the data in so many ways to really understand what is going on and the features with everything it can do is amazing. Pulse is great for one-off notifications.

There is so much data and sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get what you want but after playing around you can usually figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is pulling in the data I need to give me the important data in one place and I know its accurate.

It enables me to sort SFDC reports based on the likelihood of positive outcomes of my outbound efforts.

SFDC reporting is largely based on internal infrastructure at your company.

As a rep with a lot of accounts in my name, it makes it easy for me to prioritize my outreach at scale to focus on highest intent accounts.
Flexible and Interactive
What do you like best about the product?
Sisence makes us to make data and insights more reliable. Its a great improvement for the solutions we offer to our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
An area of opportunity could be around increasing reporting capabilities. It would be quite helpful to schedule csv/Excel reports, without it depending on a premium plugin.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the reports. They are easy to run and easy to pass along to colleagues to review and view trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the Dashboards are slow and there is a delay with the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is providing dashboards and reports to allow us to look at performances of departments as well as sales by state.
Great experience building dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense created dashboards that were easy for users to access, and their tools allowed us to automatically generate files for users outside of our single sign-on environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional user access errors, stemming from permissions issues that had to be cleared on multiple levels before we could proceed.

Sisense allows us to create data dashboards for a multitude of quality-tracking purposes.
