What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed, power and flexibility by enabling data teams to ingest, store, analyze, visualize and report on data all from one connected platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reorganizing widgets on a busy and slow running dashboard can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful in creating visual dashboards for large amounts of data to be analyzed very fast and effectively making them easily interpretable and presentable upon connection in a single platform.

Elasticube GUI is very intuitive to use, especially building calculated columns, duplicating a column, aliasing and joining tables

Sometimes the error messages are unhelpful and do not imply the real issue
but the attentiveness of the CSM, support and product team is impressing

We are using SIsense to provide quick, reliable, and interactive dashboards for our management, using the alert system (PULS) to find abnormalities

What do you like best about the product?
Data that is displayed in such a way that you have insight at your fingertips. Easy to Navigate and switch between dashboards. Cubes are very easy to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hidden Filters that appear only when hovered over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets me see info quickly so I can target top issues first. Gives the user information filtered and in segments that meaningful action can be taken. Easy to navigate and set different types of filters to display exactly what you want displayed. Able to quickly analyz cross information across many sets of data. Graphs are professional looking and provide executive overviews. Drilling down features makes it simple to access the detail.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense helped us develop dashboards that showcase all the data we have in a meaningful way for our business. We love the degree of customization and connectivity between our CRM and other platforms we use. This tool saves us from manually building our reports and saves us so much time. Being able to share the information across our organization is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Sisense but I would definitely like to see more options in terms of customer experience data. Sisense is very good on quantitative data but I'd like to see dashboards that could showcase qualitative data and trends to provide customer insight to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sisense we no longer have to manually build our reports. Now that the data is all configured to appear the way we need it in our dashboards, we spend less time manipulating the data and more time analyzing it to improve our performance and provide insights to the business! It is also easier to share the data within our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sisense is a great product. Make sure your data is clean before building your dashboards and it will help your business for sure!

Pretty easy to set up and use for a beginner.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is extremely user friendly. I feel like anyone could sit down for an hour without any previous experience and be able to create a great dashboard. The support forums are a great resource and the community is very helpful when your trying to create something exactly how you imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are many odd bugs that appear and not a lot of documentation about resolutions. Sometimes the page needs to be reloaded or the data sources are not loaded in. Also, I always find the need to create pivot tables like I can in excel but can never find a way to create it with the pivot tool in sisense. Not because I don't know how or am not using scripts, but because I honestly don't think it can be done with sisense at the moment. But excel can do it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients definitely want customized dashboards and we have been able to do that. Blox has been one of the most significant impact for customization and performance increases. An example would be we have combined 9 dashboards into one using blox.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense enables any setup to rationalize the semantics for their Data and provide all around analytics for their customers. Their Data modeling using Live Models and ecubes provides data mapping capabilities to achieve optimum efficiency for analysis.

The Sisense tool still needs to be optimized for better efficiency in terms of speed for data processing,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide our customers with tools and framework to improvise their workbench having the analytical widgets for data manipulation and interpretation.

I really like functionality where you can filter out your KPI and create comparisons so easy.
You just need to add parentheses and column that you want to filter by - very simple whereas in other tools it takes so much work arounds.
Here it is literally (SUM(KPI), CITY) and you get sum filtered by whichever city you want just in this single metric.
I also like the option to drill into the specific fields of the dashboard to get more insights. It is really cool feature that works only if the elasticube is properly built

What should be improved is administration. When I want to change connection string of a data source, I would like the change to be applicable to all tables that use this data source without a need to do it for each and every table.
