Incredible resource for data

What do you like best about the product?
The virtually endless possibilities of getting data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information you request can be a ton to sift through, so you have to be good with Excel to be able to manage your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this data across our publication journals to find key measurement metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Colour-coded syntax, dashboard re-arranging settings and clear visual indications when running queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor visual glitches and limited graph options.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI and how easy it is to program within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its customer service needs work and they need a user portal ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build dashboards for business stakeholder, mainly business and operational stats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get in touch and form a connection with their customer success people - they are great and very responsive.

Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and seamless integration between data sources. The ease of use of the front end is another great benefit of this tool. There are built-in connectors for almost all mainstream data sources, including, redshift, big hive, facebook, google adwords, google analytics. The web-based dashboards can be accessed from anywhere and are very easy to create. The visualizations and widgets supported by the dashboards are above par as well. Mapping solutions on sisense are still relatively limited but I see Sisense making good progress on that front as well. Overall, it is a great full stack Business intelligence solution that would be very easy to adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in the elasticube environment to apply DAX functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laying the framework of descriptive analytics. Real-time analysis of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy to use product that provides an excellent platform for integrated data analytics.

Great product and very promising technology

What do you like best about the product?
SISENSE offers a wide variety of user friendly features. We are currently in the process of implementing several dashboard into SISENSE and we have already seen a vast improvement in efficiency. Clearly one of the great BI tools in the market to improve and streamline internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to use SISENSE as a software not just as an online platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting: reduce the time spent of generating reports and improve efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone at Sisense is super helpful and wants you to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have Sisense PCI Compliant to ease direct connects to our data source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is looking to understand the data by building metrics and static reporting.
We have started to understand how successful marketing campaigns are as well as trends, track High Volume user sales with ease, and continue to build out additional analysis for future projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a clean data source.

Great Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
We have a complicated embedded implementation and the customer support has been fantastic! Quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the product. The Sisense REST api is very extensive and the plugin architecture allows us to customize almost anything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard scheduling doesn't quite fit our use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better BI for our clients and more self service BI options. We have definitely improved our BI offering by implementing Sisense and we plan to continue adding more dashboards and features.

Great Customer Communication Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Customers can access their data through dashboards that created in an easy to digest, visually pleasing way that makes crunching numbers not quite so boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a while to get the hang of created widgets / dashboards, but once I got going it was actually easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can let customers see data without letting them inside our firewalls.

Great BI and Fantastic Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is extremely robust and flexible, while remaining intuitive. And when I can't figure something out, Customer Service is able to save the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is the price, though Sisense really is comparable to other BI tools. Much of what we need is raw data which can be accomplished with Sisense, but where Sisense really shines is aggregates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond just reporting, I have sever users that pull use it as an operational tool. For example, accountants use it to track down identifying numbers when customers won't use the actual invoice number.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sisense is far better at aggregates than raw data, though it can do both.
