Great experience building dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense created dashboards that were easy for users to access, and their tools allowed us to automatically generate files for users outside of our single sign-on environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional user access errors, stemming from permissions issues that had to be cleared on multiple levels before we could proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense allows us to create data dashboards for a multitude of quality-tracking purposes.

Notebook is fairly easy to use and can plug in charts.

Can't use sql to select and group data in the dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support: the support team is responsive to your initial request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Page UI: there is no option to resize columns.

Analytics Page UI: resizing columns is such a pain to do in the table view and forget reading the entire title if you're in the tile view.

Report Manager: report manager is terrible. There are no safeguards in place that allow you to send quality reports (aka making sure elasticubes build properly beforehand). If you search for a report and click into it to edit the report, the search is not saved and you have to reenter it in the search bar. The columns cannot be resized so often times you have to guess which report you are viewing (why is the priority column so wide? It makes no sense). There is no option to test send reports to test custom filters. If you update a filter, you have to remove all the recipients and re-add them OR duplicate the dashboard to test the filters.

Dashboard UI/Ease of Use: The button to open the filter pane is laughably small. It is to the right of the scroll bar and virtually impossible to see. Determining what filters can be used on a widget is time consuming.

Customer Support/Ease of Integration: we recently encountered an issue with the connections to our data warehouse a few minutes after Sisense deployed an update that caused hours of additional work. Sisense maintained their stance that it was due to a setting issue on our end when no there were absolutely zero changes made on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization and it is benefiting me because it is the only tool available.

Extremely helpful tool for internal and external use

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in creating the SQL queries has been tremendous for not only creating custom dashboards for customers but also troubleshooting support issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database cache system failed us recently and the data became incomplete and created questions among our customer base. Some process got locked up and the data was not being updated properly. The accounting process was a little messed up during and after the most recent aquisition as I am a legacy Periscope customer. That was resolved but it was time consuming to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prototype dashboard queries and charts before I have to code them in my application. It also gives users outside my application access to the same data without logging into my app.

What do you like best about the product?
The easefulness of visualizing data is the highlights. We were able to come up with a diverse yet user friendly widgets to project the data in a way we want as well as the users will understand. The ability to customize with scripts and drill down dashboards, we were able to condolidate various data points and group them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the performance is not great as it takes sometime to load the dashboards/cubes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to make the domain, data driven. The insights that we were able to build in helped our direction. Sisense is becoming an integral part of our BAU

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out about Sisense is its user-friendly interface, making it easy to use frequently. The tool's flexibility and rich features adapt well to diverse data needs. Moreover, its straightforward management enhances the overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense drawbacks include data errors during collaborative work, challenges with large datasets and a limitation of viewing only 20,000 records before downloading the file.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is perfect for disseminating my company's data to all relevant users. The reports are easy to make and we use it frequently throughout the day. The user interface is simple and easy to use from our data team to our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation of multiple reports can be a little tough as the saved report feature isn't super comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data reporting can be tough when needing mulitple line items provided. Sisense is able to group all filters we need into one report and then you can pick and choose which you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Friendly Interface and the support of various range of data source which allows us to consolidate data easily. Additionally the integration of AI helps a new user to gain better insights into the data. The community and support is also great, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile access has various limitations as compared to the desktop version, and the functionality can be improved for the mobile device. The advanced customisation of dashboard is fairly complex and can be simplified. It is sometimes slow in case of querying complex databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense helps me to analyse data to extract insights especially for creating documentation based on real time and historical data trends. The visualisation tool also helps me understand complex technical concepts.

It requires a lot proprietery knowledge, and some engineering problems are hidden away from the end user and can only be solved by their support team
