Sisense is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
All the data I need is at my fingertips.I run multiple pages for multiple departments and easily manage my team's data. I can implement product changes and price variants that my team uses daily. It does integrate with all my platforms. And customer service is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time I like all it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analysis and tracking all metrics for my employees.

It makes data gathering, analytics and reporting a lot easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very helpful but the best part is the charts and graphs.

Probably sometimes it takes time to load when the data is too heavy.

Their service in case of problems. Their response is too slow, it feels like we should run after them all the time.

- Powerful visualizations, adaptable to any environment, offered to our clients through the simplicity of embedding in our applications in the way we and our clients need. This also allows for direct monetization of the data.
- A powerful modeling layer and connection to various data sources align us with our Data Governance policies, eliminating all barriers in a simple and flexible way.
- All Data Scientists have integrated tools to work natively with SQL, Python, and R and generate all the necessary ML and AI algorithms, directly connected with the visualization layer.
- Being full-stack, there is an evident saving in integration and hidden costs.
- Being an open platform, and without the use of proprietary languages, it allows us to automate all processes at all levels through the REST API. It also allows us to expand visualizations and configure to any need and components using JS and CSS.

What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing, being within the range of amounts for all the tools in the sector, is sometimes opaque and difficult to measure. However, since it is an annual subscription for a single product, we always know what, how much, and why we are paying.

Great cloud solution
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is a great cloud solution for manipulating data and visualizing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could use more advanced SQL queries in the cloud solution. The default queries available in Sisense don't always allow us to manipulate the data in the way we'd like. This causes my team to think of workaround solutions.

Sisense is our business intelligence tool. We are able to connect data from multiple tools and systems in our org and analyze that data all in one place.
Sisense Provides Powerful and Easy To Use BI for Developers and Business Users
What do you like best about the product?
Accessing data is easy to do with a little bit of training. Once you have accessed the data, transofrming this to actionable metrics can be done by any type of user. The number of options for types of metrics is expansive. Support is very responsive and your CSM will help with anything you need, lean on them. The developers of the application listen to their users and are constantly adding new features based on feedback from the user community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder implementation in the dashboard catalog could work better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users want to see at a glance the information that drives them to action. Specifically, direct view of the audit metrics that let them know that they need to address specific items. We have dashboards designed to drive this type of action for our users on a daily basis.
Sisense: The Innovation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the tool is easy to use and has an intergrated functionality to use notebook and also the support for the tool is just about right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool acts crazy and some functionalaties do not operate as smooth. But after clearing cache the functionalities start working just alright. This is csometimes a pain.

Sinsense is being used to drive insights based on data analytics and BI reporting.
Good solution, lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is an easy to use platform with a good deal of functionality that you can add. They continue to release new features and technology to improve the solution. Customer support is always reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new features are cost prohibitive. Push from Sisense to move to cloud offering.

We use Sisense to aggregate disparate data and create visibility into how our organization functions at multiple levels.

What do you like best about the product?
We can Integrate multiple applications together in a cube.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of things about dislike of Sisense i.e
- Too slow in fetching data from the database if you are writing customized queries. The same query runs in the database within a second but Sisense takes 10 to 20 minutes or sometimes hours in execution.
- On every change either small or big you need to rebuild the cube which means you have to wait sometimes for 30 minutes and sometimes more than an hour.
- The Sisense internal SQL query feature is too limited, you can only use basic SQL, nothing advanced.
- Sisense cube mapping only provides INNER JOIN, but sometimes we need LEFT, RIGHT, OR CROSS JOIN to achieve the desired reporting results.
- The Sisense Interface is not user-friendly and the support is terrible, they didn't provide good documentation about advanced features they have like API, embedded code, CSS, etc.
