3CX used in a call center for market research
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to deploy and use, especially in a call center function, where we have many users logging in.
It also allows for monitoring and logging the calls, and recording them when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had some small start-up issues regarding compatibility with our predeveloped call-handlers, but we got it fixed with some workarounds, with the help from our 3CX partner.
We also had some small readjustments to some of the old ways to do things, but our understanding of the system has improved a lot over the last year.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling out with multiple interviewers, while logging the calls. The deployment was fast and problem-free, even when we upgraded the capacity for both our call center and our license for 3CX.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We were recommended this by another company we have worked alongside with for many years, and were noticeable happy with our choice to change from our previously system. I personally is happy for the change, which offers a great deal of insight in the system, and would recommend 3CX as a call system to others.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers you great flexibility. You can setup a call-center in minutes.
After the latest updates, it really is a very stable platform.

You cannot see the maximum simultaneous calls reached. This feature is usefull to upgrade in advance, not when you're at maximum load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has it's entire business strongly based on 3CX. It offers a great way to organize support teams (HR, Financial, all the departments in a company).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If possible, get a trial and check it out yourself. In less than 24h you will have know if it is for you or not.

All our staff can now work and call from home, especially during lockdown.
Benefits: We now save lots of costs on office space because staff are remotely set up at home.
We have also start selling the system to external clients - opened up a whole new market for us. The product is easy to sell and SME love it. We demonstrate the benefits by using our own business as a case study.

You should have moved to 3CX not today but yesterday! You will save costs and will never regret it.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to setup and manage. Easy to setup the clients (pc, mobiles) and it just works! It needs low resources. I have it also at home on Pi3!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bugs are being fixed not that fast as they should be.

Free communication among all colleagues (using personal devices!)

Gun to my head? Layout of the dashboard but it doesn't even bother me

Benefit mostly being able to use 4CH and 8CH free is enticing
Easy, intuitive and centralized calling software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of 3CX is that you can install the app anywhere or if you don't have the device with the app on it with you, you can access it from any web browser. I am constantly on the phone and in conf calls, so am using 3CX a lot. When I walk into a meetinbg I need only 2 clicks to make sure my notifications are off and that I'm not disturbed. Eveyrthing is centralized and very intuitive. Internally i can see who is on a call, you can message one another and you can vonf call each other with camera if needed. It's by far the best phoning software I've ever used (and I can tell you that I used a fair few solutions).Thanks to 3CX I now use VoIP, Video Conferencing, UCaas Platforms and the live chat in a centralized location. We used to have several solutions for this, now just one and are saving money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much to dislike. The support is amazing and quick, the product is good and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, I manage a team. I can see exactly what thjey are doing, how many call they make and can get some good statistical insights which help our sales and marketing meetings. More calls are now also being addressed when someone isn't there. It's very easy to transfer calls automatically or manually, to several people. Since the lockdown due to Covid, 3CX has been a life saver. No extra cost, installation or configuration for Video Conference meetings. We didn't need to train users on aynthing else, they could just use what they already knew. The communication has been great, even though remote working is the norm now.

It's very easy to use and straightforward. It allows us to communicate easily with all members of the company. We use the video conferencing feature which is great, especially in times like this with the remote working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes phone conversations are of bad quality, but not sure it comes from 3CX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially now with remote working, it allows us to communicate with everyone within the company very easily. Communication used to be quite difficult at the beginning of the first confinement as we were not used to working remotely. 3CX did help us get through the communication problems we had.
I have had Great luck with 3CX and We have installed it for several partners.

3CX is easy to use and has a quality look to it.

Email Support sometimes lacking in knowledge or want to resolve issues. It seems like answers are prompted or copied from a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosted phones are cheaper and the ability to work from remote locations has been a blessing. The mobile app has been helpful for several as well.

Sometimes the limnitation of featuers and removing faetures without announcment.

Homeschooling places for around 2500 students was successfully implemented by ISP-EURONET with 3CX.
