Good and not cheap
What do you like best about the product?
Quick setup, quick deployment and a attractive price
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs on the web administration interface are very boring, i have some troubles with DECT

Our company have 3 sites and 3CX was the most valuable solution for connectiing them

3CX is a cheap software, very usefull and easy to setup for all IT people

Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
the mobility features, the different options available to you to setup the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
figuring out templates can sometimes prove difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in the current world just having the ability to easily stay connected when working from home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the videos, speak with users who have it.
It's a fantastic system, with the occasional service blip

Simple use, sign in from multiple devices

Occasionally the service dips, outages can be due to external hosting providers though

Removing old phone lines, cutting costs etc

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really easy system to admin. The mobile app is working really well during the Covid Lockdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
People 'accidently' putting their phone in DND, very close to disabling that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had issues previously with SSL certificates not auto renewing, but hopefully thats all resolved. also the Chrome plugin is having audio issues with some users.

User training is crucial, theres a lot of features, showcase them all.
Easy Upgrade & Intuitive System
What do you like best about the product?
The system has been really intuitive for a company of all different tech knowledge levels. It has advanced features for those that want it, but is simple for those that just need the basics. It has been a life saver in today's times of working remotely. We were able to pick up and go without missing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest adjustment/learning curve from the implementation has been for our receptionist and learning her new normal on answering and transferring an abundance of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved a need to upgrade, whether it was with our old system or something else. We have cut out a third party phone support vendor, cutting costs and the middleman. Our biggest realized benefit has been the flexibility to pick up and go from our desk to our home offices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really like the platform because it allows anyone in our organization to pick up and go. We have people using only the mobile app, people only using it on their PC, and people using a mix of desk phone, mobile app, and PC. It's great that it's so intuitive and easy to pick up.
I love 3cx and here's why
What do you like best about the product?
It has tons of features. Easy to set up and maintain. Not buggy like Asterisk and others. Best of all is pricing is affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their live support options have room for improvement but seems to be getting better. The good news is 3cx rarely if ever has bugs so you dont have to worry too much about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3cx lowers our overall cost and helps with call flow for our small call center. Being closed based helps a ton too since we have phones all over the country. Mobile app works just like a SIP desk phone which has come in handy since we have so many that are working from home right now in light of the Corona-virus.

Compare the price. 3cx bases pricing based on max simultaneous phone conversations which makes the pricing unbeatable.

Features that should be standard are missing.

I can provision phones without the having to call a phone expert to help.

Been using 3CX for over 2 years now, and I've found it be a great program for managing phones and users
What do you dislike about the product?
3CX for mobile is still not fully functional (issues with Wifi/Cellular switching)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile app not fully capable of being consistent, but it's helped our mobile users stay more connected

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system is amazing. Tons of options and routing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates can be a pain. I like to stay up to date and get the best feature, but the updates from version to version (not dot releases) can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone call routing is the biggest. Voicemail to email is super helpful.
