Some random issues with 3CX app. Also, the dashboard could involve more details about the usage statistics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal as well as external communications. Also, as a part of work from home, our users were able to use the 3cx app on their phones.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is really easy to deploy. 3CX app gives you more options to work remotely. Its easy to route the calls based on the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool does not gove you many options to generate custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that was resolved by moving to 3CX was the ability to work remotely without any hassle and also the ability to configure the phones and ship it to the users to just plug n play.

Reliability, Flexibility, ease of use and pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
HA is lacking and pricing/versions are becoming more complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Concerns around managing or expanding our phone system (of +500 extensions, mobile clients, remote offices & hotdesking) has become a thing of the past.
Our staff cave come to expect the user friendly customisable experience that we just were't able to achieve before deploying 3CX.

User friendly easy to operate and troubleshooting is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need a static ip address and a dedicated internet for the phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changes are on the fly. Automatic redirection of calls is a breeze.

The fact that it lessens call costs makes helps saves expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've saved on call costs with the use of Outbound rules over our ISDN line and call logs, reports helps to continue to minimize cost.

Easy to administer, user friendly interface, saves call costs and cost effective

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, Affordable and Stable. These are all I feeling while using 3cx system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The greeting voice is not easy to handle. I can put multiple music and voice in a playlist then assign to greeting voice. But if I have other voice need to play like call back service reminding, that will play 2 voices at same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is flexible when adding more extension. Just need to monitor the sim call and find out how many sim call capacity we need, then no other thing I need to worry.

Accessible on mobile via the app, computer and phone and can use anywhere. Reporting and dashboards also really good.

To date there are no major dislikes I have

Management of calls and missed calls. Management of staff and their behaviours.

Ensure you have internet capabilities and IT infrastructure to ensure good call quality. Map out your plan well prior to implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
i have found 3cx very helpful, from the simple setup and instillation, and the quick provisioning of phones, and the fact you can easily customize an instance for a clients needs all from a web console. and if the customer suddenly has to change a call flow, or the way they take calls, its easy to do this, with minimal fuss. its a really simple product, that most of our clients are now managing themselves.

I have not found any downsides to 3cx yet

We have opened a market to ourselves by being able to easily provision and sell 3cx phone systems, Showing a customer how it works is simple and it sells itself. it gives the customers the freedom now to be always available no matter where they are, which in this climate is as important as ever

Easy to use and configure. Excellent reliability. Great Value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have unique music on hold for each of my 35 locations. I wish it handled fax extensions differently. Not complaints, just wishes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a super reliable Avaya Definity G3. We cut out telcom expenses to about 15%. We gained more control and of course the amazing feature set of 3CX.
