Business and Process Manager

What do you like best about the product?
Guided learning, continual improvement along with Skill and Role IQs

Pluralsight Channels are very helpful in directing training across teams and additional give paths of instruction which can help colleagues career path.

Pluralsight is flexible in how it allows usage across multiple platforms and mobile devices.

I have personally found Pluralsight helpful in skilling me up in deep technical subjects so that I can better understand the industry and work with engineers and other technical resources. Courses are both long and short, and modular, so that I can learn what I want, at my speed, and when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teams could be more flexible, multiple tiered, which Pluralsight is currently working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilling up quickly, able to measure growth, it also acts as a secondary knowledgebase where we can use sections of courses to give us the information we need to address the challenge at hand.

With skill and role IQ, management also has visibility into where their teams stand and what course corrections can be added to help continue skilling up the team.

Excellent Platform to Elevate Learning & Development

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Pluralsight offers an easy to use interface with customization to help enable and empower learning within the workforce. Role and SKill IQ are absolutely fantastic in helping identify where your employees are currently at and helps track their progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better content for Technical Services. Right now the content is mostly provided for Engineers. More content on soft skills would be great to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to figure out where Pluralsight can help with career development and building that into bonus potential and internal promotions.

Great platform for developing technical skills

  • August 29, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Of all the platforms I've used, Pluralsight is the easiest to use with the best variety of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
My focus is on learning & development for our Technical Services department, which includes Support and Professional Services. As such, sometimes I really have to dig to find content that applies to my teams. It's there, but not always the easiest to find, since developer content is (understandably) prioritized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our teams to easily skill up in areas are necessary and that they're interested in. The fact that the content is on-demand, and the courses are separated into bite-sized content, helps users find time in their busy schedules to fit in some learning here and there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, you won't regret it!
