Excellent Platform To Level Up!
What do you like best about the product?
The content and broad category of subjects along with skilled and what seems like vetted authors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No so much a dislike, but if we could have a gamified section of pluralsight it might help user engagement, or have shorter videos. I find that my team does not watch as much as they should
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilling up our beginner developers and keeping us up to date with the cloud.

Skills used to develop my team
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign courses and direction to my team ensures that our knowledge grows as the business requires it to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the courses are slightly out of date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent accessible training
Comprehensive Baseline Assessments
What do you like best about the product?
As a platform, I've really been enjoying managing Pluralsight so far. The Pluralsight Skills feature is a great way to get a baseline assessment of where your employees are in relation to various skills. I use the Skills feature as a pre-req for any assigned training curriculum for my team, and I love that the option is built-in to get data on where your team's skills currently are and where they have areas to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only negative comment is that I wish there were more Skills Assessments in other areas. I hope that they build out this area in the future because there are some areas where I'd like to assess members of the team, but they don't exist in the Skills IQ library yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pluralsight is solving our problem of a lack of comprehensive technical training. We currently use LinkedIn Learning for our organization, which is great, but for super technical roles, it's not enough. That's where Pluralsight has come in.

The variety of content and the easy of use
What do you dislike about the product?
I would to see more content for management topics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping people update to date on skills
If you're looking to improve your skills, Pluralsight is the perfect place to start
What do you like best about the product?
what I like best about Pluralsight Skills is that I can pause videos and return to them later. The instructors thoroughly explain each lesson thoroughly, and it seems the information is always up-to-date with current technological advancements. Additionally, I appreciate the wide variety of training programs available that cater to different roles within computer technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints about Pluralsight Skills. However, I have a recommendation that would be valuable to novices. I believe it would be beneficial if playlists ranged from beginner to expert level skill sets were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found that the Pluralsight Skills app is an excellent resource for helping me learn new things and brush up on old ones. The ability to search for topics of interest and find several video results is beneficial.
A great online platform for video courses on various topics.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to find context. I strongly prefer video courses over online (live) events, because this I way can fit my learning nicely in my schedule. Pluralsight provides a wide range of such content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses are pretty short or lack some hands-on demonstrations. Although it's great to learn about topics for general knowledge and to keep up with the "buzz words", sometimes one needs some demonstrations in order to decide whether a technology/framework would be the right tool for an upcoming feature at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is providing high quality video content about technological topics. It is benefiting me because I look for such content for my self development in my career.
Great Resource for Professional Development
What do you like best about the product?
I love the content. They make a concerted effort to keep the content up to date. I love the availability via most forms of content distribution, the website, and an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it has gotten better, the interface case is a bit challenging. As a manager, I wish it were easier to assign training. There are a lot of a la carte options that were not explained at the initial sales meeting. Some of the features are not quite as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a way for me to provide training to my staff. This helps them keep their IT skills up to date, which allows us to continue to improve the services that we offer.
Excellent team success with Pluralsight
What do you like best about the product?
The analysis of your current skill sets and ability to have tailored learning experiences based on your current knowledge. There is always a need to maximize training time and budget and having tools like this at their disposal greatly advance the learning outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more content on specific topics. There are what feel like learning gaps because no content is available. Cisco, Infoblox and a few other vendors could greatly benefit from partnering with Pluralsight to provide training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pluralsight is providing self-paced training to overworked IT staff who otherwise would not be able to have the time to train up skills in new technologies we want to implement.
A platform with a lot of material for software engineers but not that many for data scientists
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, the skill iq tests and the paths for obtaining a skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the material for data scientists is limited and does not have hands-on assignments,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to get in touch with new technologies of my domain and learn how to use them in a business problem
Great tool for upskilling
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the wide range of topics available and the overall quality of the material, as well as the features available to manage and administer users and their progress in the material.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some subjects (albeit specialized) that are relevant to me and my organization are missing, such as SIP or detailed VoIP training. Having these would greatly benefit my team as it is relevant to our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skills helps to solve the problem of establishing a baseline understanding of a technology topic, such as Docker, or Ansible, and this enables us to know we're on the same page when discussing these topics internally.
