Coralogix- My Way For Observability
What do you like best about the product?
I love two things:
1. Thier support - Always happy to help with availability for any questions or requests
2. Observability- During my job experience with different log aggregation system I find Coralogix the most user friendly unique and interesting. I can create everything from my logs.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I dont have anything on mind when its come to negative thare are some ups and downs when coming to in hous dashboard system but its a gap I find easy to get over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me alot in my work as a support team leader. Any troubleshooting is going from Coralogix platform and help us understand the story in a better and unique way

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is very easy to use and provides a lot of useful tools and features to visualize and make sense of your data. The integration of Grafana is also great to have as it provides another way to analyze your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation and reordering of parsing rules is time-consuming.

Proactive alerting and monitoring

Coralogix provides log aggreation and tracing systems.

Using Coralogix for visibility and monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Using Corlaogix improved significantly our visibility and MTTR. the service they provide and support is amazing and with very short SLA. also the guys from Coralogix are highly engaged and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
- we dont have automatic pharsing for the service message that appears in the logs
- Having to use Lua scripts for PII masking is too complicated

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix provides outstanding observability solutions with a user-friendly platform and exceptional support. Their innovative approach significantly improves our log management and monitoring efficiency!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Coralogix offers powerful observability tools, the user experience could be more intuitive. Navigating through the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for new users who might find the interface complex

In a world full of complex observability tools, optimizing them to get the best results can be challenging. Coralogix, with its outstanding support, consistently helps us achieve more by simplifying the process and ensuring we maximize the value of our data.
Coralogix Mastering Observability Opentelemetry Integaration
What do you like best about the product?
Best thung is supports multiple type of inegration, easy to use, lot many sdk supports as weell. Currently I am working on multiple otel integration with eks, ec2, ecs , lambda etc. And the way its looks in grafana for metrics as well traces is really amazing. Apart from that I do use other inetegration too like kinesis, shipper etc and those are also amazing.Customer suppport for coralogix is really amazing, they available round the corner 24/7 and for this I would really give 5* compared to other products. For our monitoring perspective we do use this tool more often across our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
From Documents perspective I feel its quite chalenging wgile doing implementation. And to be very frank struggled a lot for the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Coralogix for monitoring our business and cloud infrastructure, along with managing logs and alerts. To achieve this, we leverage a variety of instrumentation and integrations supported by Coralogix. I truly appreciate having a single platform that aids us in solving issues from DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE perspectives.
Great product for centralizing a variety of observability tooling
What do you like best about the product?
Immediate feedback from customer support and an engineering team that listens to the needs of their customers. Throughout our integration with Coralogix, use cases that weren't easily supported arose and Coralogix engineering was quick to work with us on making sure these use cases were covered. Coralogix truly wants their customers to get the most out of their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relatively young product, so still rapidly evolving and in its early stages relative to some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As is the case with many distributed applications, insights into what is going on within their many components becomes challenging as they grow, increasing in complexity. A combination of logging, tracing, and metrics gives engineers eyes into the behavior and performance of their applications, facilitating identifying the roots of hard-to-catch bugs and performance issues. Engineers still need a service to make sense of this data, and this is where Coralogix shines. Coralogix provides engineers incredible tooling for visualizing logs, metrics and traces, as well as additional features such as log-to-trace association, converting log or trace data to metrics, and even hosted Grafana. Their SDK for user monitoring on the browser is also extremely easy to incorporate.

What do you like best about the product?
The logs are shown in a easy way to parse and find keywords for what you look for.
The integration with grafana is good, to have a better view.
Also the deployment of Coralogix is pretty simple and the move from filebit to otel made life easy.
This is our main tool to track logs and debug our issues.

Adding rules can be pretty cumbersome the migration from Filebit to otel forced us to recreate and understand why certain rules stopped working

For me, I really like the platform design, the UI is very clear and straitforward to use.
I really like the integrations provided, especially the Kubernetes integraion, the dashboards are really useful and saves a lot of time.

2. Support - one of the best support teams I had the pleasure to work with, actually helping you with your issue end to end with even extra I wouldn't expect.

1. OpenSearch UI - I think there's a lot of improvement to be done there, it seems to be a bit premature.
2. Frequest Search / All logs - This switch between the two different modes is not really popping out and really easy to miss, which causes me (and a lot of developers I know of) to miss search results because simply not being in the right mode, I think it should be clearer.
One more thing about pricing - I think the metrics data should be using a different quota than the log quota.

Easy logging setup for our infrastructure, for all different setups we have. setting up shippers for different platforms is really easy in my opinion.

Support is one of the best I encounterd.
