Friendly user experience

What do you like best about the product?
The search is pretty quick, love the feature that allows us to see different parts of queries in separate columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search on archive is too slow.
Also, coralogix should not have dependence on other applications like cloudwatch. We had an issue where logs of lambdas were missing and we were asked for cloud watch logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Debugging any issue is way easier. Considering our notification platform has too many requests for sms, email etc for various users, figuring any issue with any of the requests is easy with coralogix.

What do you like best about the product?
Support for creating alarms & custom parsers.
Easy integration with famous tools like Jira, Slack, Zenduty, etc.
Extensions for Lambda functions in AWS.
Ability to get basic metrics based on specified log fields.
Convert logs to metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to create custom dashboards.
No scheduled report generation.
The search syntax could be a little clearer.
Intelligent parsing should be in place, especially for JSON type of logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to monitor our application logs & setup alarms based on logs.
This gives end-to-end support for application monitoring.

Certain features from other log aggregators (like Splunk) which support scheduled report generation would be nice.

The overall experience from alerting and monitoring along with debugging at one place.

Search is fast with lot of other features

There are still some improvements needed in terms of integration and optimized logs pipeline.

Archive is extremely slow.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of config and search, simple customization based on cost needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Parsing rule configuration is very complex, and if your logs are not well structured it's hard to config

What do you like best about the product?
the support team is swift to answer, willing to help, and not just direct you to an article.
the system is stable and is not affected by our large amount of data we send every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
some functionality that is more specific to our needs is still missing to build things like we used to have

we replace a few services on azure cloud with Corologix dashboards, alerts, and monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
When we started with Coralogix their search speed and storage optimizations stood out. The storage optimizations allowed us to significantly reduce our logging costs without losing mission-critical features. Of late they have made improvements to their UX and have evolved into a full-fledged monitoring suite equipped with APM, alerting, and security tools. But over the months their lightning-quick customer support is what I have come to appreciate the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the UX of the log viewer was the primary pain point, but they were quick to act on feedback and have now implemented changes in the right direction. We were not able to make alerting work for us though. We either ended up with alert fatigue or could not reduce our time to problem discovery using the information given in the alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging was a big chunk of our monthly tech cost. Coralogix offered us a solution that would potentially reduce this cost and keep it predictable. The fact that our cost was predictable was a big thing for us cost-sensitive folks.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix were very responsive and flexible during the onboarding process. Any issues were promptly addressed and, generally, it has been a very pleasant experience

There have been a few minor feature gaps that were missed during the proof of value process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix enables us to monitor and support our platform to the levels our customers expect, using their logs and metrics solutions.
