Coralogix has been a go-to SIEM solution for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use analytics tool, hardly any lags during log ingestion. Pre-defined security use-cases a major bonus. A very sound backend team and good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
No specific issues whatsoever, the product and service are both good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage log analysis tool for multiple log sources. Over 500+ pre-defined security use-cases. Cloud Security Posture Management and overall a good Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

Best tool with Supportive Team all time.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use dashboard, and logs monitoring is very friendly with a download feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good nothing to dislike in Coralogix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this, we can easily monitor logs, and it is essential for a company also have Flexible and scalable deployment for any configuration.
Coralogix is a good platform for Log monitoring

This platform is provided to consolidate log data in s single platform and many other uses or services like security, complines, monitoring, alerting and etc..
and 2nd thing it also provided to monitoring a dashboard through Kibana and garfana which is very helpful.
this tool is good for Auto-scaling groups for configuring the one-time and monitoring to ease every scale, and the last thing support function is very very osam.

Great product for SIEM and log monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of onboarding, implementation support and great support fro mthe team always. The team is always ready to discuss and come with a solution including the senior leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the log analysis is based on volume of traffic uploaded which gets very high for chatty and noisy applications

Security incidents, Forensics, Application performance and behaviour
Coralogix is extremely robust platform to work with huge amounts of logs

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about coralogix is the costing of the platform. It's very good against the competition. Also, they are very quickly coming up with some fantastic new features at a very fast pace.
The support team is also amazing, and is always ready to help.

The interface can be slightly better compared to what it is today. Also the speed of the log search can be improved specially when searching over larger date range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us we are primarily using coralogix for all our logging needs. So all application logs are sent to coralogix and it is very helpful for us whenever we are debugging any sort of issues.
Recently we are also integrating with them as our metrics platform which provides us with real time insights into out tech and business metrics.

Easy management for your logs
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and simple to use, straightforward setup for integration with many services on AWS and Kubernetes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is a SaaS solution, you pay for everything. So need to consider what logs are critical and what is not (unlike self-managed solutions, where you ship all your logs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log solution that takes management and maintenance burden off the DevOps team's shoulders.

Nothing, as I think of wrt features, can accommodate more dashboards

Searching for logs is really easy as well as some other features like logs2metrics is also really easy to use and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not exactly dislike but one feature that can be added in logs2metrics can be the addition of P90, P95, e.t.c for measuring latency.

Mainly the debugging of applications using the logs - searching is really easy and monitoring the application metrics using logs2metrics
Friendly user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The search is pretty quick, love the feature that allows us to see different parts of queries in separate columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search on archive is too slow.
Also, coralogix should not have dependence on other applications like cloudwatch. We had an issue where logs of lambdas were missing and we were asked for cloud watch logs.

Debugging any issue is way easier. Considering our notification platform has too many requests for sms, email etc for various users, figuring any issue with any of the requests is easy with coralogix.
