Coralogix will be the most complete single stop Observability solution in the near future
What do you like best about the product?
- Their under 2 mins support is a landmark yet to achieve by any other vendor
- Technical Support we get during any PoC of their product that too free of cost and within realistic timelines
- Customer Success Manager works towards Customer Success in true spirit
- TCO and compression related to data ingestion
- 10% of total unit allotment allowed for data ingestion if total units consumed

What do you dislike about the product?
- Pricing for Blocked Logs should not be incurred
- Commercials could be improved further without any 3rd party involvement
- Anomaly Detection/Insights can be for some custom duration
- Opentelemetryintegration could be more smooth with better documentation
- The learning curve for Opentelemetry integration can be reduced significantly by having pre-defined configurations
- UI for APM needs to be much more mature with custom duration, pre-defined dashboard deployments , default SLO status and total component-wise latency distribution including async calls.
- Coralogix Extension Integration should have more capabilities with anomaly detection/alerting to be placed by default.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Coralogix for Logs Monitoring , Opentelemetry Integration (Metrics and Traces) to achieve Observability. It has helped us to cover almost 100% of our applications which Opentelemetry supports with better unit economics compared to commercial APM solutions

A very good tool for logging and alerting.

The simplicity of gathering the information from logs and setting up alerts for various use cases.

Their pricing module is very fair and reasonable.
Their support is amazing, really 24X7, and it helped us a lot to achieve the log and metrics monitoring we aimed for.

Their documentation can sometimes be hard to understand or not updated.
Also, when they release a new feature that I want to use, it's always fully baked and I don't understand how to use it.

Coralogix provides us with extensive feasibility of creating custom metrics supporting our requirements.
We make use of its intuitive dashboard to comprehend observability, visualize our infrastructure and identify issues quickly before escalations.

We've recently started using the Coralogix platform for our insights observability, log management and continuous monitoring requirements in AWS environments.
So far, Coralogix is exceptional in offering services for log centralization and query optimization demands.
Coralogix supports both static & dynamic thresholds for sending alert notifications whenever anomalies exist in our AWS workloads.
We are satisfied with the full-stack observability services & centralized log management provided by the Coralogix platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly being HIPAA compliant, so this can help my organization collect logs in the US that has PHI data, and store data in a cost effective way than other logging systems.

The interface was easy to use, and also we got some fancy dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike Splunk, there is no way to identify each host uniquely. In Splunk, we have the hostname and the corresponding source type value. It helps to create alerts based on the hostname. We have a computer name here, but that doesn't work well.

Whatever the application uses that we had, couldn't identify any drawback.
